Thanks for this timely video, I was window-shopping for an oven and I was looking for the cheapest one. Now I'll consider the quality, for sustainability especially hapo Kwa temperature calibration
Very informative presentation. Thank you Kaluhi. I'm here after watching and applying some of your tips in.making layered chapati in another video. God bless you and keep it up.

Now that I have just seen you have a book out....i am subscribing now. I can't wait to start your recipes with your kind of oven... GOD I need this cooker soonest
Hi gal I just came across this as I was researching for the best cooker, very informative video😊you’ve earned a new subscriber, does Elba has a brand shop?
This is the best advice a baking leaner would ever need especially when you are living alone. I learnt it the hard way but I am a better baker now. Asante kwa kutuchanua 😊🧡
LMAO! 🤣🤣🤣It's the shade for me! Ati just vibes and guesswork and I followed my heart 😭 Super timely video. My friend and I are looking to upgrade our cooker situations 🎉
Hii.. I came across your video when searching for cooking range videos. It's really very informative. I still have one doubt.. It would be great if you could clear it. I am from India and here we have cooking range in 60cm 4burner and 90cm 5 burner. width. I am confused on which I should go for.. I do bake and grill a lot. Being a family of 4 plus my dad n mom staying close buy I need to bake n grill larger quantity. So if I take the 4 burner will i be able to cook keeping on 2 racks or should I go for the 5burner where there would be enough space on the frst rack itself. I would be happy if you could clear this doubt of mine. Thankyou so much in advance.. 🥰🥰
No. If it did then ata nikimwagia soup or chai or maziwa by now it would be ugly. Or if it did rust, singeweza clean it with water and soap- which i do- and all you get is that marvellous shine. It cant rust
It's shocking that people are shocked i have slides and socks on at home. Huwa mnadhani i film in heels? Literally no one wears heels and boots in the kitchen at home 😹.
Haha kaluhi till date I don't think I am mature enough for the preheating explanation. "make sure it's hot then put your thing in 😂😂😂" Great video though
1. Calibrated is still extremely correct. Meaning: correlate the readings of (an instrument) with those of a standard in order to check the instrument's accuracy. You can google more to read on that. 2. Yes i know i made a mistake & yes, I did correct my misspeech by writing *external thermometer, which is what i originally meant to say. Thank god everyone else got it! Did you read what i wrote? You can recheck my correction of my mistake at 15:12 and 15:16 (look at the screen & read what i wrote)
So helpful and informative. Thank you Kaluhi

It is true, not only for kitchen appliances, but most items in your house, that if you clean them regularly, they will last.
Agrèe!
Takings notes for future reference
Thank you!
Does the steel cooker rust especially for us in coast.
No.
If it did then ata nikimwagia soup or chai or maziwa by now it would be ugly. Or if it did rust, singeweza clean it with water and soap- which i do- and all you get is that marvellous shine. It cant rust
I started paying attention at 12:39..... 🤪

Hey Kaluhi
Kindly tell me what is the purpose of hot plate and ist really important
Its for cooking. It gets hot, you put your sufuria, sufuria gets hot, you start cooking
good infor,kumbe umevaa crocs
No its slides + socks.
Ofcourse siwezi vaa heels or boots in my home kitchen lol
It's the shoes for me, I can relate
It's shocking that people are shocked i have slides and socks on at home. Huwa mnadhani i film in heels? Literally no one wears heels and boots in the kitchen at home 😹.
Good content. Crocs and socks important with this weather 😂
Slides and socks :). That's what's always on my feet in every video you watch not just this one
Haha kaluhi till date I don't think I am mature enough for the preheating explanation. "make sure it's hot then put your thing in 😂😂😂" Great video though
Tuned
Which part is for roasting and which part is for baking
Baking and roasting happens in the oven
@kaluhi great and informative content 😊
However,
Use the term graduated instead of calibrated
Thermometer instead of external temperature.
1. Calibrated is still extremely correct. Meaning: correlate the readings of (an instrument) with those of a standard in order to check the instrument's accuracy.
You can google more to read on that.

@@Kaluhiskitchen aaah I think I missed it. And its okay...

My oven glass ia always clouded, what can i use to clean it. Brand is Ariston cooker
