Treatment to the Plantar Fascia using MLS Laser Therapy

Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates using the MLS class 4 laser for treatment of Plantar Fasciitis.
Laser therapy is one of the Electrotherapy modalities covered within our two day face to face CPD course in Electrotherapy (on this ciourse we also cover, Ultrasound, Shockwave, TENS, NMES and IFT), along with our one day Electrotherapy Extension CPD course (on this course we also cover Shockwave and Tecar therapy / Human tecar).

We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and we offer a 1 day Electrotherapy CPD course where we go through Class 4 Laser, ShockWave, Tecar and PEMF therapy and we compare the machines and use for different conditions 👍

I am suffering for few days very painful what can I do

Try stretching the calf area (both the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles) along with the shin (anterior tibialis).
Plus you can massage the base of your foot with a golf ball of plastic bottle filled with water and then frozen, as this will stretch out the area but will also provide pain relief with the ice.
