    IMO the record doesn't matter as much, as long as we see a clear vision and they're making progress towards that. It feels like the last few years PC was saying we want to be one thing but then doing another. Obviously if we go like 5-12 something has gone really wrong, but I don't think we need to make a conference championship or anything like that for this to be a successful year.

    We can love and appreciate everything PC did for the organization, but come on, fellas, it was time to move on. His side of the ball kept getting worse every year, no matter how much high draft capital or free agents were invested in it. The team cycled through several different coordinators on both sides of the ball, changed the scheme, changed the scheme back-everything to change the team was done except changing the head coach. At the end of the day, it had to be done.
