Quick question if you don't mind. I'm looking to buy my first edc Tanto and have a budget of $150 and would like to keep the blade under 4 inches. What knives would you recommend?
@@Riful well I am waiting for a couple knives to come in right now, one is a clone of what I would suggest as of right now. That is the Boker / Daily knives AK1, it’s a great knife
Dude, reviewing knives we can’t buy is just mean. 😢 Anyway, Spyderco has a pretty distinct style that doesn’t really fit with a tanto blade shape IMHO-their design language is all sweeps and curves. Compare that with Extrema Ratio, where a tanto blade fits their style so well that anything else would look wrong.
I'm going to have one made. Hope spiderco themselves drops it
They most likely would rather not make it because there is a ton of hand grinding on that ranto

@EDCTantoKnives The Ak1 does look really nice! What is the clones name you mentioned?
@ it’s from Jeabrother so if you go to Amazon just put that in and all their knives should pop up 🤣 these clone companies

Sorry, it really is mean 🤣
Ya, I like how the tanto breaks the mold of the curves. The long sweep makes the secondary tip of the tanto useful
Looks like a fobos knife
why are you so obsessed with tanto points lol
I broke a lot of knife tips as a kid riding a Kx80 in the mountains 🤣
