Hi Sho, I love Gyoza (and any kind of dumplings, from all over the world), but to be honest, I am too lazy to make them myself and I prefer to eat them in a restaurant. Still, its really nice to get the recipe for Gyoza, thanks for sharing. P.S. I have been away for the last 4 weeks, so now I am catching up on videos :-).
I dont remember the name, but in Kyoto there is a small Gyoza restaurant, which serves the dumplings with many different fillings to choose from (like shrimp, mushroom, chicken and ginger, shrimp and chili, cabbage and shitake etc.) - its really great, as its also for vegetarians.
Thank you for catching up on the video. It is true that making dumplings at home is a lot of process. If you have a restaurant nearby that serves good dumplings, I would suggest eating there. The restaurant in Kyoto where you can choose what's in your gyoza sounds like fun!
Thank you for your comment. We can find gluten-free gyoza wrappers at any large supermarket. In that case, most are made from rice flour, not wheat flour.
