- Fermented black sweet sticky rice is very popular dessert in Cambodia. It's always served with shredded coconut meat. It's juicy and sweet.
Ingredients:
1.1lb [500g] Black glutinous rice
5pcs Tapai (please read the instruction on the package. It will tell you how to use it with sticky rice)
2cup [500ml] Water (for dipping your hands)
1tsp salt
