Really is a tremendous dram & worthy of its hype. I have the 02:22 (58.7% abv) , and my son has the 09:22 (58.4% abv). I noticed the 2014 casks in your short vid, and can't wait, hopefully the 10 yo is coming soon !
Thanks Eric. I'll be traveling to Scotland next week and have an Ardnamurchan tour scheduled (along with Tobermory, Raasay and Glen Turret) The ArdnAmerica sherry cask finish has been my fav from this distillery so far.
Thanks Erik for the video. I have been really focused on cask strength single malts. The flavor concentration is so much better and really works for a sipper like me. A tour(s) of the whisky regions in Scotland is way up on my bucket list. Cheers!
Love the video! Just found your channel and as someone esle mentioned in another comment section, you deserve far more views and follows!! Also wanna add I love the added video of Castle and distillery.. was a great additon to content and hope to see a lot more stuff like that! Cheers
Ah just got a bottle of this and am extremely satisfied, also really love the peated sherry release. Gonna have a dram right now as a matter of fact, cheers
I visited Ardnamurchan in either 2018 or 19, beautiful location. They only had new-make spirit to try, I was sceptical but went for it, I have to say even that was nice. At the moment I have the AD(48.8), the AD/02.22(58.7) and the AD/05.23(58.3). They are coming along very nicely, the 2023 is noticeably better than the 2022. Darker and a bit more complex. Lovely stuff. I bought mine in Hi-Time wine in Cosa Mesa, about $85.
Hello Erik hope all is great with you, the maltings floors of Ardnamurchan still not in production, hopefully next year will. Take care greetings from Campbelltonw un abrazo 🤘
Thanks for the review. I've had their white label core expression and liked it. Are you using your phone for video and photos on your trips or do you take another camera?
Nice review. Looks lika a great place to visit. This bottle was released here in Sweden a few months ago, and I got my hands on one. The fixed price here is sek934 ($88) in todays currency, (never any special discount prices here). I'm really looking forward to crack it open, as usual with a new whisky. I have/tried a few different Ardnamurchan and never been dissapointed so far.
Hey you were asking a few months back if Ralfy is related to the Springbank founders - think I have it right! I don’t think he is related. Did you get a definitive answer?! These days I am all about peat!! Cheers!!🍻
Very nice ! . A we heads up if you want to visit any more Scottish distilleries do so before the end of 2025 because we aren't going anywhere from 2026 onwards if we are even alive that is .

Wow visiting Mingary Castle is on my bucket list now! Great video
Thanks for watching! I was only there one day and one night, I would ahve liked to have stayed longer but I was going to Nc'Nean the following day.
Bought a bottle last year at a specialty store in Saratoga, NY. It did not disappoint
Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the video and review of the whiskey. Nice place you visited 😊 I still couldn't find any of Ardnamurchan in my local shops 😢
I buy most of my bottles online or direct from the distillery during my travels.

Thank you for the information.
I'm working on a bottle right now. Got it in Johannesburg, South Africa, in case anyone is passing through ... 🙃 Pretty cheap too. Awesome stuff.

I had the 02.22 cask strength. It was very good. Didn’t last very long.
K&L had this on sale a while back for $70
Its $84 at my local SPECS in Texas
THAT IS AWESOME! (But don't tell anyone or they will all disapear)

Who says we will make it past Christmas 2024?
@@ErikWaitWhiskyStudies indeed but I mean that millions of all ages are going to pass in the same few weeks.
