Cheap miniature conversion for Dungeons and Dragons D&D

I am going to convert this World of Warcraft miniature into Kali from The Golden Voyage of Sinbad. This was a great throwback to Ray Harryhausen and the stop motion animation community. I think this creature would have great stats for D&D.
