You're on point Tree, 100%. Feelings are relevant to the individual regardless of circumstances/environment. I've been guilty myself of looking at people and thinking " You got no worries, you're all sorted, you wouldn't last a minute in my shoes" but then when you look outside of yourself you realise it's all too easy to judge. There are people that would easily say that their life has been worse than mine, and they'd be right....but empathy is the key. The bs of life can affect us all in different ways. As a young male growing up in an urban environment it's like we're not allowed to show our traumas, but that doesn't help sh1t! It regresses us rather than progressing us. Best thing ever for me was finding someone to talk about things with, it just had to be someone I could relate to....I was lucky, and blessed! You're doing the right thing mate, there's a whole heap of power in showing what some people would think of as a weakness. Big ups.

Let's talk about bro. It's only taboo because it affects mostly men....

Definitely, 8 out of 10 suicides are men, but not only do we talk about it, we have to share my videos, so they get round to a wider audience. People share famous people videos but people they know 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️❤️👊🏾
