Good point. You can re-adjust the clip position so it doesn't cover the text. You can also increase margins to avoid covering text. One thing to mention is that it doesn't really work when Word Wise is enabled; it will select the word from time to time.
Lol, all these comments from voracious readers who clearly don’t realize that this might be a great product for disabled users. I am not disabled but love being able to get under the blankets and read the night away. Great product that allows me to read for hours without having to deal with my fingers going numb. Keep up the good work 🎉
I have basic kindle which has a raised bezel/recessed screen. The solution to help it contact is to not clip it all that far into the screen. It only needs to touch the margin. Also consider a screen protector as someone else has scratched their paperwhite flush screen by dragging the clip off instead of unclipping it.
An absolutely impractical solution that covers the screen. Couldn't they have made a device that connects via Bluetooth to the reader, thereby leaving out the unnecessary add-on?
"Repetitive hand movenment?" What like continuously having to click a button on the remote? 😉😉 The device would drive me nuts, as it covers part of the screen? Plus, my Kindle is in a case?
Would have been better if that side bit did not protrude onto the screen.
You don't have to put it there
If you go into settings on your kindle you can widen the margins. You don’t have to press it in as far as he did on the video.
Exactly, what about the covered text - just a gimmick 🥸
Kindle comes with Bluetooth. I just don't get why Amazon doesn't offer a bt remote
Wow! I love how it blocks text on the screen, unless you clip it on the bottom of the device, where the chin bezels are the biggest.

There's an option that helps you control the margins. hope that helps!

Please see the description for Amazon links. Thanks
Thanks! 😇 ❤️
I have this and Kindle users should know you can adjust the margins on the text. This is so useful! Don't know why people are being negative
I bought one for older kindle and it did not work
Would you know what Gen of Kindle was it? As mentioned in the video, I did not manage to get my 9th Gen to work with it either.
@@howtotechstuff 7th gen basic kindle
Thanks for confirming.
Same here, I have a 8th gen basic Kindle and it's not working, did you find any solution?
Will the page turner work with Kindle Scribe?
It looks useful enough if anybody wants that sort of thing but I don’t think that’s most people tbh
Can't do this one too much of it covering the words on the page.
I have a oasis kindle a tried two ring type page changers but won’t sync with it. Do you know one for oasis that works?
Is it work with kindle in case?

Everyone in the comments complaining about the clicker covering the text, increase your margins

👍👍👍
Mentally ill levels of laziness.
A real problem.
A repulsive solution.
Are people that lazy in 2024 they need this accessory?
