I've had a lot of trouble with mine. I wish it had a lube hole in the side with a rubber plug. Every time I lube it I have to reset the limit switches. It's a real pain in the neck. I did build a sheet metal "roof" over the actuator to keep the rain off. That has helped. Water used to get inside and freeze in the winter.

Great video! How do you lubricate the screw drive for a GTO/Linear 3000XLS? Mine does not have any access holes in the arm.
