So I started streaming a couple weeks ago on kick and TH-cam. I agree with you 100% that TH-cam is a great place for a new creator to start. Thanks for the video.
I love youtube for the higher bitrate, wider availability, and built in vods! To me its perfect but I'm also more focused on streaming and less about making money.
Really appreciate this video! Was never really a fan of watching people on Twitch compared to TH-cam as well, so hearing that additional support towards streaming on TH-cam is perfect-!
There's literally a button on the TH-cam home screen to look for live streams. On the top left of your screen (next to where it says TH-cam) there are 3 horizontal lines, click on it and then scroll down, under the "Explore" tab you will see all the categories of streams

Big E - watching a couple of your vids lately as you just fell into my feed - and I just subscribed. For somebody who's trying to grow his YT channel for the last year, your suggestions are hitting dead on. Thanks brother. I'll be watching regularly in hopes of getting some nuggets of info that'll help me grow. I just started multi-streaming to Twitch, Kick and FB in addition to YT.... and your words here really align with my thinking. Thank you, sir.
I agree for this year after taking a fat min to figure things out... TH-cam and Kick Multistreaming has been a good decision not feeling too limited on what I can say or do
Twitch is impossible to watch anymore. Every stream I go into hammers me with 8-10 ads every 8mins, and I’m not about to subscribe to 7 different people
I actually found you on TH-cam that gave me some good ideas on my new gaming/streaming desk that ended up leading me into this video where I’m not giving up on twitch but lead me into trying the multi stream! Good fucking vid man!
Bruh I have no idea how you ended up in my feed. But that mess around and find outville 😂😂 sub. Also good advice. I’ve been thinking about streaming for a bit.
I use to use TH-cam and there’s more options but also twitch is more streamlined. I suggest building both. I stream on twitch and post my clips on youtube
Thank you so much for this video I go live on TH-cam now after watching this twitch I never really have luck kick I didn’t even try this is a huge help thank you 🙏🏽 I’m trying to really accomplish my dreams with this gaming channel!!
Beautiful way to explain it. As a new contents creator myself, everyone will say some platform is better then others. Literally different answers and experiences from everyone. Man explain it best. Fuck around and find out for yourself. W video!
I’m new to streaming making videos etc. This is the only thing I’ve ever done in life that doesn’t reward for the amount of effort put into it. You can setup a stream have all the overlays and all the bs edit YT videos and spend all this time to stream to 1 person and get 5 views and no subs… When I see people who are already established telling others what to do, I always question it because at the end of the day we are all competing with each other and no one is going to honestly tell you what’s best
I think their advice is genuine from their perspective. Some are grifters of course, but there's no big secret they're hiding. It's just unfortunately luck is a bigger component than people realize.
@@ShinyNix86 That right luck. I’ve yet to hear a single one of these people ever mention that. I’ve literally done most of what these people suggest and nothing. It’s all fogazi, like I said, this is the only thing you can do in life that you put all this time and effort in and not get the same thing in return. @@Heyarvy I'm an artist that does acrylic painting mostly & working on trying to stream as well so I completely understand your frustrations. By any chance are you in any streaming groups? Hey BigE, I believe TikTok also does the 50/50 sub split on subscriptions. Though subs aren't as huge on TikTok as twitch kick and TH-cam (membership for yt bc yk). TikTok live streams mainly focus on the gifts which idk the split on those but TikTok doesn't force ads down the throats of the viewers. Just thought I'd post that just in case! Can I ask how you are livestreaming to TH-cam. I tried to livestream directly to youtube and it says it requires several subscribers and watch hours to allow livestreaming. Twitch has no requirements and I can stream right away.
@@ikreate4u I had some videos uploaded in the past gave me those hours and subscribers. I would recommend you to upload some edits from your Twitch streams
I multistream and used to stream to kick along with youtube and twitch. Gave up on kick for the simple fact while I got some new members to my community from it there were more bots than anything coming into my streams that I had to ban the same bot 5 times all they did was change 1 letter in the name between the 5 during 1 stream and I just got tired of it. If kick would get the bots under control I would gladly give them another shot.
I am really enjoying your content. What kit do you need to stream for beginners? On Twitch and Kick, is it just for gaming, or can you stream interviews in a niche or podcast on it? I have never watched a stream.
So something to say about smaller streamers that made affiliate on Twitch, I don't feel like ads are a benefit. Just turn them off like I did. You're really not going to get enough revenue in turn for the number of people you potentially lose as a part of your community.
You just gained a subscriber! My problem is consistency. I’ve been working on my PC and got everything functioning smooth. I think multi platform streaming is where I’ll start.. Thoughts on that?
I like everything about this video definitely hitting some good tips and head on points about the different platforms we have to use ❤ love it New Sub! Keep up the good work!
How to multi-streaming? Can you do it if you will use one laptop and one OBS Studio? Please share your tips. And what online games should we choose to have more potential audience because they are so many people who loves watching it or playing it?
Me personally, I’ve had more viewers on twitch than TH-cam. I had a gaming channel where I’d stream to and after a while I just deleted the channel cause there was no traffic. Not saying twitch is any better but I had 5 people watching me once 😅 and after the video was live it still gained a views over time , until it disappeared or I made a clip of it
Twitch promoting only DEI people on homepage. I want to see how TH-cam and Rumble streaming work. I can't even find streaming category in TH-cam. Amazing video thank you!
So just out of curiousity I checked stats on my single stream I done two years ago. Take into account I got less then 1000 subs. 1.7k views, 65h watched and +14 subs. It was shown to 10000 people and most of those came from Google. That is only one stream so lets say I would stream 5 days a week those numbers just from streaming can be really good. Sprinkle in edited vids and shorts and you can funnel people from vids and shorts into your streams which TH-cam will love. Because we have to remember number 1 goal of TH-cam is for people to stay on TH-cam.
Okay here’s my experience with both, kick is mid, twitch I’ve literally streamed on twitch for a year. And managed to get almost 400 followers but couldn’t get affilaite smh :/ like I was getting 10 average but then nobody even watched me anymore. I don’t even know what happened. I stream on TH-cam right now. Way better for me. Even tho the partnership / affiliate program is harder I don’t really am in it for money. I just like streaming and making content. I think I can actually make it big. From the almost 400 followers only 33 subs came. I’m still grateful, man I got so close to affilaite to 2.5 fucking average viewers man. Big L. So I’m a TH-cam feller now! Hopefully I’ll make it on here.
I literally have taken my 45,000 subscribers over to Twitch and kick to see how it goes is good but I’m moving towards gaming content and TH-cam sucks for that
I feel if you make VIDEOS and LIVE STREAMS, then yes, YT is the way to go. If you just live stream only, then Twitch. I have been live streaming on YT and I only got 112 subs. It's really by WOM. I streamed on Twitch and within 10 mins, I had 3-4 subs. I think I'm just going to use Twitch. My biggest concern is, on YT I can use 1440p stream key and 20,000 bitrate. Twitch is only 6,000? Will that be a great picture?
It's actually insane at how badly Facebook Gaming fumbled the ball. Odysee & Rumble interest me (especially now that Dave Portnoy and Barstool are streaming all of their live content on Rumble), but it feels that YT is way to go. I'm actually not wanting to grow a huge audience as I have a career already, but I want to stream for fun but would love some interaction in chat.
I stream on several platforms at once, it's fine but at the end of the day I'm in it for conversations and not really views. As it is, a lot of the people I regularly meet are people trying to sell stuff, get you to watch their stuff while you're live, or just get attention and will get upset if they're not the only person in the chat. Every now and again some unicorn from the lesser known platforms surface, and while that's cool, them sticking around is pretty much a zero percent chance. I have most of the platforms chat congregated into one, 24 hour channels baked into the community, etc. And it just feels like wasted effort. Who knew it was this hard to make friends, lol.
I keep wondering why no else ever mentions this. I have been scrolling through comments to se what hack t are using as new channels to get TH-cam to allow livestreaming without the required milestones or subscribers and watch time. Twitch allows anyone to stream right away but monetizing takes meeting milestones.
I was doing great streaming ok tik tok, mainly because I already had a somewhat decent following over there. Then out of no where they started flagging my live and shutting me down. 30 violations in 12 streams. All of them were for disturbing content… even tho I had their audience control 18+ feature turned on. And they were all COD streams. I got fed up stopped streaming on tik tok and now struggling to grow anywhere.
I’ve just started my Chanel any advise would be amazing!! I’ve always been a massive fan of playing games and to be able to make an income from it would be a dream come true
So I started streaming about a year ago on twitch playing Conan n I stopped streaming fast forward today I try to stream again n something has changed with twitch n I could figure out how to stream with all the settings n backgrounds I had before so I'm trying TH-cam right now I'm getting views and I was gonna try kick but I have to pay to use kick and I looked at multi streaming so I could use kick and TH-cam but again I have to pay to use them so this is a statement with a question is there a way to stream on kick without paying and multi stream with out paying Now if I was making a revenue off my videos I wouldn't have a problem with paying to use those services but for how small my channel is I would rather not have to pay for me to go no where Thanks for the video I liked the content you created and I just found you from a suggested video
⚠️⚠️ I disagree. I think this video is more for people who have a platform already. Kick is coming up for sure. Not saying they will not start cutting pay in a year or so. But to start off live streaming as a newbie kick is the only way to go! TH-cam and TikTok requires 1000 followers/subscribers for you to even stream. And twitch is impossible to get any exposure at 0 viewers/followers.
@@BigE just speaking from experience. I’m a newbie myself starting from 0. I’ve tried twitch and it just gets no exposure 2 months on twitch I’m still at 2 followers. I switched to kick. 3 months in im already over 100 followers and monetized. Just got my first pay actually $80 not much but definitely a start. On TH-cam and TikTok it requires 1000 pre existing followers to even stream. So far Kick has been doing me good. And I vouch for it!
I would be grateful if you could answer this question. Is there a way on TH-cam to split the income between two people? For example, my friend and I produce content together and we want to share the income. Does TH-cam have a tool for this? Thank you!
I've streamed on Twitch, TH-cam, & Kick... I suck at all 3 of them, HAHA! I like TH-cam because I can Stream at 1440p with a nice high bitrate, but I find TH-cam a bit more of a pain in the ass to set up for streams because you need to make a thumbnail first so you cant just jump on and when you do start streaming and noticed something is wrong and then need to stop and start a new stream, you lose your viewers, they will have to go to your NEW link to a new stream, Where as on Twitch and Kick if they are on Your page, the stream will always be there, they don't need to find a new one. But for Kick you usually only get to stream at 720p if your new. Sometimes they will give you 1080p but 720p is just horrible to me especially if you play FPS's. I also hate the low bitrates that you use for Kick and Twitch. I've beem streaming and trying for over 10 years. I know why I fail is because I am not talking. I have the HARDEST time talking to and empty channel. I know that is what you need to do, and be entertaining. I want to, then when I start I am just quiet because I don't know what to do. If someone was on my stream interacting with me I am fine. I just suck!, lol
I agree & I can relate 🫠 like I have ASD and it’s tough not talking to anyone no chat I’m like umm hello me 😅😂 but TH-cam is hard to calm stream on , twitch is like ehh but they favor big twitch streamers , kick has some fucked up people on it so idk where I’d stream I useally record but I wanted to stream as well so I’m like um idk which one 🧐
I just want to live stream me playing campaign. I old school and don't care for online gaming. I want to talk about anything and how I feel about it. I know I'll make some people made and I don't care. I know twitch will suspend me. I know kick will be ok and youtube is 50/50. I got a warning from youtube about talking about Covid 19 and the 2020 election in a video not a stream. Which one do you think is better?
I have to politely disagree. Been streaming gaming content on Twitch and TH-cam for a while and TH-cam got me ZERO viewers whereas Twitch got me at least a good start with some followers that actually return for future streams. I use TH-cam instead to make videos/shorts of my streams - that's got me some subs in return. I think you have to use each platform the way it's known for (TH-cam = videos/shorts, Twitch/Kick = streams). And sorry, I don't use TikTok for a good reason.
Sounds like you just don't understand TH-cam. You should educate yourself more on the platforms. Keywords, how to do thumbnails that would entice someone to click and learning analytics. I grew a TH-cam channel for streaming to 44k subs in less than a year. But I had to learn how TH-cam worked and stop trying to treat it like a Twitch stream. It is a completely different beast.
I'm rocking with the message. just do as you please. the only way you're going to figure it out for yourself is by action. stop sitting around trying to figure out what's best, just take some action and figure it out for yourself.
Thing to Know about tik tok the screen for going live is awful and limited only meant for phones + if you are from EU and speak English in your streams Tik Tok will push your content only to the people in your country
I just love TH-cam and it’s good to hear that it has potential and I‘m not going wrong in streaming here.. because as you said, I thought I have to do it on twitch. But I don’t like twitch that much for several reasons..

The thing is you don't need to have and amount of followers to stream on twitch where as for TH-cam you need to
I keep wondering why no else ever mentions this. I have been scrolling through comments to se what hack t are using as new channels to get TH-cam to allow livestreaming without the required milestones or subscribers and watch time. Twitch allows anyone to stream right away but monetizing takes meeting milestones.
great video! you earned yourself a like & sub
Thanks for the sub!
I have started like amonth ago and im on youtube, twitch and instagram. But i need a computer to do more
I have 30k on TH-cam, should I stream on that channel or create a new one? I’ve been looking into twitch but not sure what to do
Rumble is the best new experience for streaming
Fire video bro!!
You get a sub from me cause u a real one for being honest and not sell some bs to people trying to learn some new sh*t lol I fux witcha
you saying I can cuss on Kick really does it for me LMAO
wich platform is the best to make money
what mic are you using bro?
Thank you 😊
The TikTok ban really hit me.
It was silly to me as well until i realize the stakes that it holds on me as a believer of christ.
You should’ve just said kick so more viewers start watching kick too
I’ve just started my Chanel any advise would be amazing!! I’ve always been a massive fan of playing games and to be able to make an income from it would be a dream come true
I stream on my channel.. thanks for the insight 💯
So I started streaming about a year ago on twitch playing Conan n I stopped streaming fast forward today I try to stream again n something has changed with twitch n I could figure out how to stream with all the settings n backgrounds I had before so I'm trying TH-cam right now I'm getting views and I was gonna try kick but I have to pay to use kick and I looked at multi streaming so I could use kick and TH-cam but again I have to pay to use them so this is a statement with a question is there a way to stream on kick without paying and multi stream with out paying
Now if I was making a revenue off my videos I wouldn't have a problem with paying to use those services but for how small my channel is I would rather not have to pay for me to go no where
Thanks for the video I liked the content you created and I just found you from a suggested video
There is a plugin for obs you can use to allow you to multi stream(given your pc has enough encoders) that is free
I did find twitch easy to use/set up with obs.
You can’t grow in Kick without having other socials. Your logic is extremely flawed
@@Watchmypotatooo Can U please help me how did u grow on twitch please help i beg u 🙏😭
Who youtube -like ?
thank u bro 💪
What do you need to stream on TH-cam is it just 50 followers if so I'm on 42 😢
I would be grateful if you could answer this question. Is there a way on TH-cam to split the income between two people? For example, my friend and I produce content together and we want to share the income. Does TH-cam have a tool for this? Thank you!
probably just have to manually split it
@@ijustwanttovanish💀😂🤣🤦♂️
That person is smart 🤓
Big Live is awesome
Thank You
Did you tried Trovo?
Took bro 12min and 50secs to say fk everything and do you💀
I've streamed on Twitch, TH-cam, & Kick...
Streaming campaigns on YT would be better IMO
@@BigE thank you.
How do you multistream is there an app for that? I have a ps5 and it only allow me to stream on TH-cam or twitch. It would not allow to multistream
Capture card & pc
For IRL kick you have to bend the knee to ice posioden.
Very fucking helpful man. Thanks! I’m just starting out made my accounts 3 days ago lol.
Cheers
I'm rocking with the message. just do as you please. the only way you're going to figure it out for yourself is by action. stop sitting around trying to figure out what's best, just take some action and figure it out for yourself.
I would just stream on all of them at once
What are good multistreaming services?
restream
What about TikTok
🤝
What about rumble
Thing to Know about tik tok the screen for going live is awful and limited only meant for phones
+ if you are from EU and speak English in your streams Tik Tok will push your content only to the people in your country
I just love TH-cam and it’s good to hear that it has potential and I‘m not going wrong in streaming here.. because as you said, I thought I have to do it on twitch. But I don’t like twitch that much for several reasons..
I upload content to TH-cam but stream on twitch
