    Today, I made sweet red bean bread filled with sweet red beans!
    It's a common bread, but I made it with red bean bread that's a little more moist and soft to suit my taste.
    It was made with dough that can be folded without a machine, and it was sufficiently moist and soft as is.
    Eating freshly made warm red bean bread with cool milk was really, really delicious.

    145g milk
    55g eggs
    35g sugar
    5g salt
    5g instant yeast
    270g bread flour
    35g unsalted butter
    ✏ Egg wash
    30g eggs
    20g milk
    ✏ Other
    540g sweet red bean paste
    black sesame seeds
    Melted butter (can be omitted)
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    Store at room temperature and consume within 2 days. If you want to eat it longer, do not refrigerate it. Instead, freeze it, thaw it at room temperature, and warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds before eating it.
