I just realized that he cut thought the breast side of the chicken.. I made the same mistake for spatchcock you need to open the backbone side and remove it to open it like a butterfly😊

Do you find that the charcoal damages the bottom of the bbq through directly contacting it while hot? Is the paint peeling off the bottom?
