I vacuum bag my marinated meat for 24 hours in the fridge. It makes a difference on the intensity. Great recipe, Im gonna try it but with fresh herbs in place of the dry spices.
Would love to try but confused do you mix the herbs and yogurt with the tomato and peppers to give you the marinade and then use half for the rice, your help would be appreciated, it looks delicious, thank you

توضع الفراخ حبه
طماطم رفلفل حلو احمر ١٠٠ جزام و٢٥ توم
فلفل حار
٥٠ جرام صلصه ونخلط وتقسم قسمين قسم يترك جانبا في بوله
ويضاف
٦٠ جرام زبادي علي وربع كوب زيت و٣٠ خل وعصير لمون والبهارات ملعقتين صغيرين ملح وملعقه كمون فلفل اسود اوريغانو
ونحلط وتوضع علي الفراخ وتدعك كويس الفراخ بالتتبيله وتترك ساعتين التلاجه
وبعدين توضع علي شبكه سلك وند خلها الفرن ٢٠٠ درجه حتي تستوي
زيت في حله ويوضع قرفه صحيحه وهيل صحيح وقرنفل صحيح ونقلبهم ويضاف وباقي التتبيله ونقلب
ونضيف البهارات كمون وفلفل اسود وكزبره وكركم وبابريكا ونقلب
ونضيف كوبايتين ارز بسمتي
وتزود ب ٣ اكواب ماء وتترك لتستوي علي نار هاديه
وتغرف في طبق وعليها الفراخ
وتجمل ب البقدونس
