Curd is fermented so it is ok to take. But u can take plant based milk instead of animal.milk.

I tried out this process...results are good but constantly I had experienced tingling after the 1st step...may I know why it occured...after applying the 4th step that is gulab jal it was again burning but then when the gulab jal dried everything is normal...did it happened with anyone else also?
