I think you should appreciate when you see the kitchen using steel pans instead of Aluminum pans to finish gravys. Aluminum pans should not be used because it gets scratched easily and aluminum gets incorporated in the food and is harmful for our health. Aluminum is way cheaper than Steel and hence some kitchens don't seem to use Steel pans.
I like your blogs. Looks like very true review, which is good. I have just one request, take that much only to taste which you can finish in one bite. The way you take whole breads and then leave, it doesn't look good. Finishing in one bite makes it much more clean eating. Just a request. I hope you will keep this in mind. Don't want to compare but Bhooka Saand guy takes that much only which he can finish.
After watching this video, I ordered rara chicken, it was very nice just that it had too much essence of elaichi and I don't like elaichi. Otherwise it was amazing.
