So for Synchronous Generators or Motors if we use Cylindrical or Non Salient pole Rotor we need to use prime mover? And If we use Salient pole Rotor then with the help of damper winding/Squirrel cage winding then we can self start the Synchronous Generators or Motor !!!!
Sir,your explanation is awesome. Being an instrumentation student, I was able to follow you. Thank you again for clearing my concept
Sir genius your video completely 👌 and clearify all the funda of electrical engineering.thanks to provide this type work.

good morning sir, sir my query is why the mmf is stepped, why you have considered at the center of each coil mmf steps up or steps down ?
Very good lecture Sir. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
And Synchronous Generators or Motor all needs Double excitation?? AC in Stator/Armature and DC in Rotor/Field ???
Divided winding rotor is preferable to a conventional winding rotors in synchronous generator ?

Sir how can we say power is propersonal to volume ?
Excellent
