Kubota R640 w/ Log Grapple & KX040 Clearing Brush

Today we are using the Kubota R640 Wheel Loader with a BMG HD Log Grapple and the Kubota KX040-4 Mini Excavator to clean up a pile of trees that were recently taken down. We are salvaging the hardwoods for firewood, and everything else is getting loaded into our Ford F750 Dump Truck and being hauled off.

I just bought a new Kubota R640 and I'm taking delivery in a week. I bought a 10" Boss pusher box to clear snow. I'm thinking about get a brush grapple for it to clear some brush on my property. Do you think it will work okay? My dealer told me the hydraulics running to the front are low flow so I couldn't use a brush cutter as the flow isn't enough. I'm hoping I can at least use a grapple. How do you like the R640?

As long as it diverts water it doesn’t matter if it’s ugly or beautiful lol. Looks like it would handle the water if you get any rain. Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
