Nest Box Observation 2023 Ep30) Japanese Tit Chick Stands Up to a Tiny Fly! Adorable!! (May 23-27)

This is a glimpse of the Japanese Tit's nesting behavior (2nd nesting box) in 2023, from days 44 to 48, 10 to 14 days after hatching. The chicks' eyes are opening wide, and they're starting to chatter! Plus, a brave stand-off with an intruding fly! The tiny intimidation is just heart-meltingly cute!
★The next episode will also feature the Japanese Tits from the 2nd nesting box! I'm planning to decide whether to make it the final episode or split it into two parts based on the video's length. I'll be sharing the footage of the 2nd nesting box to its conclusion. The footage of the Eurasian Blue Tits from the 3rd nesting box will follow.
★I apologize for the gap of about two weeks since the last upload. Due to a busy schedule, I've had limited time for video editing. 数十秒間隔とかで連続給餌できるなんて、八ヶ岳はさすが！鳥さんのごはん(虫)が豊富ですね。
うちの周りでは猛暑のためか、樹木伐採や雑草防止シートのせいか、最近は虫を見る機会が少ない気がします。
八ヶ岳の自然、いつまでも残って欲しいです。
