Also I tried mixing up one teaspoon honey , one teaspoon turmeric and one teaspoon of milk mix it and apply on your knees and elbows massage till 15-20 minutes and leave it till it dries totally and then wash it off with warm water, Do this daily ! And it works 🙂💜
