I turn 50 next week. I failed many times. The last failure took me down for a couple of years. To comeback i had to make changes. I no longer drink alcohol, quit cigarettes, pubs, clubs. These are not things or places that align with who I am trying to be. I look back and i see all of the connections. I am now grateful for the lessons because today I feel so much peace.

i think the problem for many people is deep down not wanting to change. Because it is easier to continue living the way they have. This is what I'm doing now. It is incredibly hard to go all in but I feel closer than I ever have. I just need to make final step.

I was just crying in the bathroom for relapsing back to marijuana because I couldn’t handle the withdrawal 😪 I’m so grateful that this video popped up , I’m happy that I’m not repeating the same mistake without learning. I failed this time because I’m scared of the withdrawal journey , it was so defeating. I dare to be brave enough to feel the pain, sleep paralysis and constant emotional changes, it’s a challenge on my body mind and emotions but I brought myself into it and I will get out on the other end. God I want to be clean so bad 😪🙏 learning to take it step by step and never give up. I have to face this hard part despite all the demands life needs from me now , it almost makes more sense to micro dose and avoid outright withdrawal but if not now then when.😓

Hey bro just wanted too reach out I have been smoking weed and drinking everyday of my life I started smoking pot in the 8th grade I’m now 27 years old and 2 weeks sober last week I had a panic / anxiety attack and almost relapsed I legit drove to the dispensary and once I was in the parking lot I just sat there and cried I thought I wasn’t strong enough to quit but I did not fail I drove away without stepping foot in inside the first week is the hardest but just the simple fact that you want get too clean is the first step recognizing the problem it was super difficult not being able too sleep for the first 3/4 days I lost my appetite and became extremely irritated the mind is where it all starts try going on a long run or going too the gym when feeling tempted use love ones as a support system and anything that doesn’t align with what your trying too achieve leave it alone that goes for friends loved ones whatever is holding you back stay strong and align yourself with god I even changed the music I listen to your stronger then you realize and are capable of alot more then you can imagine stay strong you got this !

I practice meditation every morning and night. Don't quit keep trying. Every small step is forward. Remember this and you can experience some sense of peace.

Confidence comes as result of being thrown into uncomfortable situations.
    Best example is boot camp.
Hardest times in short period of time but forged me into a human "machine" that knows no excuses and weakness.
    Mentally mediation is the key.
Visualize what you want and imagine vividly in your mind as it is already true.
    That feeling will guide you.
    It works.
    Law of attraction.
    Becoming as he said unshakable.

So how to change our mentality, which comes from our belief set.. how to unprogram our selves from doing things that we know are wrong?

I can only speak from what I have recently experienced... again my comfort level increased when I removed clutter... an opening to clarity from clearing photos, mementos, from the past, even articles of clothing or blankets/throws.
All seem to emit stifling past energies. Meditation is easier with less visual stimulation .. a freedom of space for new possibilities, adopting new routines, new associations. New openings or avenues to unforeseen experiences, expanding awareness.
Maybe, the changing of seasons, or planetary shifts of energy, who knows, but it feels less heavy ... less confining, less stuff to clutter energetic fields or progress or movement.
    It just feels good, finally!!
    Maybe, taking on pointless worries.
I finally realized not up to me to carry.
Thank you, Shi Heng Yi, love the talk, you have an ease with communicating conceptual problems ... sharing the 'light bulb' moments! 💥❤💥 inspiring!!

And finally, Child Support is over with now I can make a life of myself and move forward with the lesson that I learned I’m writing a book on the breakage of child support. The book is not for me to reunite myself with my children it’s for other people to understand the awareness this is what sex will get you if you do it the wrong way, sex is from a husband and a wife it’s not for all the knots that are in a rope. That’s the worldly way and now I understand and I want to make an awareness for younger people to understand that sex is not a joke. I learn my lesson. I won’t even attempt to even think about going in between a woman’s legs, unless I’m planning on marrying her and even then I’d wait until after I’m married and do it the right way with God has intended it to be

THE COURAGE TO BE YOURSELF and express yourself! ..without anny addictive substances, just in your own purity, i think this is important if you wanna help someone to stop certain things, substances or patterns of behaviours. an environment or feeling of allowance, if people allow themselves to just be purely that free feeling then they can actually see the brilliance of their own beauty, just telling someone to stop things without them feeling that beauty is a bit silly. perhaps naive. and the brilliance of self can be the brilliance and beauty of life also. i felt that nice feeling when i was singing today. just a beautifal state, something lovely to share with the world ! : )

Thank you, I've watched many of your videos but this one puts across practically everything we need to know. I wish people in my social circle could take a interest but they just do not and fail with the same mistakes over and over.
I choose to distance myself and train, I can not help them and I've tried in vein.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing that does not work over and over expecting a different outcome.
I've been here too long myself.
From here I go alone and train, I will see clearly and I will not stop even when I do see clearly, it never ever stops.
I'm already tea total and off cannabis at last, what a murky bottle of evian just that makes.
Thanks again, to have your guidance in this way for free is just madness to ignore but many will, not me at last. ❤ I can do this.

It is natural for human to move. When you fall, roll and stand up again. Everything you said I experienced. Sometimes felt lost, but the body knows . But this is a special thing about Martial arts, it saved me many times because I could sense before things happened , to leave places and situations quickly , without doubt , when it feels strange. Thank you for being my inspiration and for always pushing me to be my best self. Your support has been a light in the darkness for me. It has given me hope and has shown me that even in the bleakest of times, there is always a reason to keep going. ❤️🙏

Go kali on the process of withdrawal, or quitting an addiction. Mentally devour the pain with willingness. When you wish to repeat your addiction - crave more for the feeling of longing to repeat your addiction. Learn to enjoy suffering - escape your comfort zone.
Once you have conquered your addiction you will be able to enjoy any substance as a master of it and not the slave. You do it when the timing is right and it will be beautiful. This takes time. Try quitting everything cold turkey for a year. Then open your mind again to engage with anything that seems suitable for the moment. It’s wonderful to be able to enjoy anything and not suppress or go all addicted on it. Suppressing it is just another prison. Being free implies being open for it all, and listening to when the time is right for whatever 👌 to be an artist of living 🕊️

Thank you, remember this we are “THOUGHT” based so ask yourselves this one question.
WHERE DO YOUR THOUGHTS COME FROM.
Answer this and you will have 100% understanding of what he is trying to teach. Find Happiness where you are for everything else is happening ONLY IN THOUGHT.
