Hey to everyone who thinks nick scams/exploits kids for money, I challenge you to look through every video and fin the evidence. Every video I've seen covering this issue so far goes over Arcch's video in which he stretches the truth and makes false allegations and lies to make his case. I'm going to post the same message I have on every video I've seen in both the comments and the reply to the video of each creator going over this subject.
Here is an evaluation of Arcch's video

Let's look at all of his accusations/statements/reasoning/context
0:00 - Accusation 1: Nick has scammed Arcch (In the title of the video) (scamming isn't something to take Lightly)
0:09 - Accusation 2: Nick exploits his viewers for money (pretty scary title to give a person like Nick)
0:30 - Arcch is typing out a the only example of his dono chat he posts in the video(chat ends with "appreciate all you do man"
0:32 - Arcch says for 4 dollars, Nick would only need ten seconds to respond. This is a selfish standard to set for Nick as Nick has never provided this as a perk for donating to him
0:39 - When Nick reads the message, it isn't the same as the example previously given. !!!
0:40 - Nick tells Arcch what he is willing to do for his video idea. "If you have an idea, I'd more than likely be happy to say it" followed by Nick saying he doesn't have any ideas off the top of his head and say he'd be recording ideas if he had them" and proceeds to remind arrch that he'd be willing to "say" a video idea "if that's what you'd like" (This is the very first bit of context we ever get and seems to be to root of the accusations)
0:58 - Arrch calls this weird behavior rather than deciphering what Nick is trying to communicate here and pushes the idea that it's weird that nick didn't just give him a challenge (This is irrational reasoning and thus the root of a problem that never should've started)
1:20 - Arcch insists that Nick instead decide what out of two or more options he should use for a video (This is demanding behavior) (donation 2)
1:33 - Arcch said Nick proceeded to "flat out" ignore his second donation (This is something Nick is allowed to do) (No evidence provided, nick could have read it without saying it out loud, he could have skimmed through it without catching points. There just isn't enough evidence here)
1:46 - Donation 3: Arcch tries tells Nick that he missed his previous donation message. (Only one example shown on screen)
1:50 - After Arcch finishes explaining what he said in dono message three he states "and I specified which two challenges I would like him to him to give me as in his own words this was okay"
This is a lie as Nick never agreed to "give" him a challenge. This doesn't even match to the quote he puts on screen
1:58 - Arcch says Nick is lied when Nick said that he did read the donation
There isn't evidence of Nick not reading it so Arcch can't back this up
2:03 - Arcch has provided clips of Nick's responses
1. Nick says he answer Arcch's donation in full (He has conveyed that he won't be contributing video ideas to Arcch as much as he needed in response to Arcch's donation)
2. Nick calls Arcch out for not paying attention (this happened at the beginning of their back and forth) and that Arrch has had to be told three times. Nick then says again that he read through Arcch's message
2:17 - Arrch concludes that Nick "must have ignored it or just not read it and then just flat out lied to me" in regards to his "message" which is lacks true evidence as again Nick could have read it without saying it out loud, he could have skimmed through it without catching points, we just don't know.
2:28 - Nick addresses Arcch and gives him an offer
"if you have a challenge that you would like me to give you, you give it to me"
He has offered to give Arcch his own idea on stream after he's pushed him to give him what het wants
Nick then tells Arcch again that he wants Arcch to come up with his own ideas, he'll say Arcch idea, and that Arcch need to stop spamming.

3:00 - Arrch says that his came off a little rude and mentions the "like $8 or something" like it's a variable in the allegation"
This is deceitful as i'll get out
Arcch is taking Nick's tolerance for spamming and demanding attitude from himself as rude when Nick is clearly
trying to help Arcch on his own terms
3:11 - Arcch donates again after Nick has lost a rank game, has been taken advantage of, spammed and disrespected.
His response - "Arcch thank you"
3:25 - Arcch says that he doesn't understand "what's hurt this man's feelings"
Let's reevaluate
Nick said "Arcch thank you"
And Arcch said "what's hurt this man's feelings"
3:28 - Arcch says that it's weird that Nick's response led to Arcch spending more and more money
There are so many things wrong with this as well
1. This was Arcch's decision to make
2. This was a lie, he should have said "These events occurred in this sequence" as this was not a cause and effect
rather a subtle argument to Nick being the root cause of Arcch's spending habits

3:34 - Arcch claims that all of the donations thus far were polite

3:53 - this whole accusation (The context is a video of Nick doing absolutely nothing to prove this, this was definitely ill intent)
From there on, Arcch continues to lie and make false claims as previously hinted to and or stated

Of course im trying to stay neutral, I dont want to flame/be flamed by either side but I defiently think I took more a support of Arcch. Rewatching his video, the 2 options he said could be interpreted differently, as he said "could you give me maybe the x only challenge or x challenge" & his dono said " something like x challenge". It could be taken literially like give me X, or it could be taken as him listing examples for Nick Eh 30 to come up with. And since he said "maybe" & listed more than one, It sounded more like he was giving examples. Either way Nick Eh 30 failed to see this donation so it doesnt matter. Obv nobody is perfect in these situations and my video was meant to highlight boths wrongdoings.

Fun fact: calling someone a "douche bag/scum bag" isn't family friendly in many areas. The thing is, he didn't even ask Nick for a VIDEO IDEA. The video idea was already there, it was "Asking big streamers for Fortnite challenges" and doing them. He wasnt asking Nick to come up with a WHOLE VIDEO IDEA at the expense of 10 dollars. It was not "dance for me" for 10 dollars.
Also, Nick said for the first donation that he can just say whatever challenge Arcch wants him to say so that he can just say it and Arrch would use the clip in the video, Arrch then does that and Nick completely ignores it.
What probably happened was, after what Nick said for the first dono, he realized and decided it was a bad idea and didn't want to be in the video of a creator he didnt know (or any other reason, he just didnt want to do this anymore, which is acceptable), so he just flat out ignored the 2nd dono to get away with it (Which is bad in itself, you can just read the dono out loud and say you decided you dont wanna do it anymore and offer to return the dono). Then Arrch pushes forward (rightfully so, because Nick literally ignored a donation. A streamer ignoring a donation, that is how you make money bro, have some respect.) and Nick just gets mad and starts lying because of how much of a man child he is and how massive and unsatisfiable of an ego he has, and since he never backs down and never gives up, he just doesn't stand up for his mistake and keeps fighting to somehow make himself in the right.
Turns out he deleted that stream, he bans anybody asking about this topic in his streams too. Basically, anything not going in the scenario he wants things to go in, he uses everything in his power to prevent it. Such childish behavior bro.
That's not what happened though. Arcch said "Can you give me a challenge like one chest or shotgun only" and Nick said "I'm not going to make something up BUT if you TELL me what you want me to say I'll say it" and then Arcch proceeded to not tell him exactly what he wanted so Nick never did.
The literal second Nick said "Dude just tell me what to say" the ONLY thing Arcch should have said is "SAY ((the exact challenge he wants))", not "I already said it before" or "Say something LIKE one chest challenge".
If he just stopped being difficult and said what he wanted Nick never would have had a problem. The only problem is that Arcch was being difficult for no reason and Nick lost his patience with him.

"He donated 3 times, and he got the answer in the first 1." Well, not really. Nick told him that he could tell him a challenge, and he would repeat it for the video. Arch donated again and gave him 2 examples that he could have given him, but Nick ignored him and lied about responding.
Giving "two examples" isn't telling Nick what to say though. It's still making Nick choose. Arch should have just said something extremely specific once and got it over with. Nick didn't want to be put on the spot to come up with an idea. Saying "Say something like one chest challenge" is not the same thing as saying "Say one chest challenge".

I made a whole song for him spent weeks working on it 😕 the song is pretty good I donated over $100 to him trying to get his attention so he can recognize the song he read the comments and completely ignored them all. Hey bud, sorry that happened to you, but you should realize that a donation is not a payment and Nick is under no obligation to you because you donated. You can't buy his time or attention and you can't buy your own exposure on his name. I hope you've learned from this experience that if the first or second "donation" don't click you should quickly realize that it's not going to happen. If you want to make an "NickEH30 exposed" video and get view boosted by that, than I can give you an Idea:
- Make a video about him, how he changed over the years, for the worse. From 2017 to 2024. It is shocking, how he got sold for views and money.
He is rushing all the time in his games to "make content" by trying out-skill opponents and whining, complaining all the time now if he get eliminated by someone or he mess things up in the rush. Most of the fights he easily can win, if he not rush and just think a bit, like he did in an OG mode match.
Poor SanchoWest. He get left behind a lot of times and Nick just not care. At least some times, when a new season get released, when everything is new for Nick as well, then the friendship from still Nick shining a little. There is a bit hope left. Nick not completely lost in the cruel world of streaming and content creation.
(Btw he is not the only one, who has changed for the worse. SypherPK, CouRageJD do the same. How many times Jack comes up with viewer counts and likes, shares, etc.)

- After downing an enemy, he goes there and crouch on their heads and make fart noises.

- Using the word "crap" and pretend that is not equal to "sh!t", "turd", etc. What words are acceptable and what aren't?

Explanation about the situation, from a 3rd perspective (I am not on either of the sides):
I see Arcch was not read comments, which are not on his side.
Under that popular video, there are many comment about "that specific stream of his", which tell you that, what Nick said as well.
I wrote it too. I write it again: Nick was very exhausted, physically and mentally alike (watch the stream again, if anyone need it...Arcch said, in that most viewed video, that he watched it multiple times...and look at his posture, the back and neck stretches, and listen what he say about his day), after he worked 12+ hours in his business (video editing, e-mails, etc.).
And when someone feels himself so tired, they may NOT understand a poorly worded donation message, then he not to be blamed about it. Next time the message, maybe need to be written more clear, what man want to ask from him.
And to make it clear:
If someone is donating to anybody, anywhere, then that is a DONATION and NOT buying (in this example, a service from NIckEH30) !!!

My actual response: While yes Arrch should have stopped, I dont see where poking at Nickeh30 would be a good video? Also Arrch had shown he made NOTHING off the videos. It seems odd to claim clout and/or profit when there is no profit. I'd argue that Nick actually protected his younger viewers and was a good influence in this situation. No he didn't, he gave Nick two examples as in "something LIKE one chest challenge". Nick said he didn't want to have to think of something but he would just parrot if Arch wrote it, and Arch never wrote it he just started being passive aggressive.
Saying "give me something like chocolate" is different than saying "give me chocolate". Arch NEVER said what he specifically wanted which is all Nick asked for.
