Visit to Black Rock Beach, Ka'anapali area, Maui

Various videos of our recent visit to beautiful Black Rock Beach in Maui. We arrived mid-morning and were able to get a fine spot on the beach. The free parking was full (there are about 20 spots there) so we parked at the Sheraton for $24. Not cheap but parking somewhere in NYC or similar would cost you twice as much. Water here was incredibly clear and snorkeling was excellent. Don't base the snorkeling on my video, I am a weak swimmer so I don't go out too far. But still gives you a look on how clear the water is. Cliff jumping was fun for the brave. And some great waves for goofing around. Of note, we had lunch at the Cliff Dive bar at the Sheraton, and food there was excellent! The Kalua Pork sandwich was outstanding. So to recap, a wonderful beach with lots to do, certainly worth a visit if you are not staying in the Ka'anapali area. If you are making a day visit here, I strongly suggest you keep going and head to Nakalele Blowhole (my next video.. :)).
