Hey Ollie, Cool video. Look at 4:55 there is a nice fish at your feet to the left of the guy fishing bottom right of the screen ? Fish you caught earlier ?
Awesomeness. Good times! Treasured lifelong memories being made. Great to see you young guns giving different methods a good run on gin clear SI waters! . Cut my craft in the “9 ft 5w stiff rod era” and tramped many a SI beat. Stand back, shoot the rig from behind!!!Fascinating to see you EN….stealthy! 😮
@@huntfish158 it depends on the level of fishing pressure. On this trip early in the fishing season we used 0.16-0.18mm mostly, so around 6/7 pound breaking strain
Amazing fishing there. Enjoy 😄👍🍀

Nice work Ollie and co.
There is something special about watching fish being caught euro nymphing, especially those big browns

Hey mate awesome video, in these warmer months where are the fish usually sitting in the water column?
When it warms up into the summer the fish start to feed more off the surface usually, although it depends a bit day to day
What weight tippet do you use in these backcountry rivers?
