how to run analysis on the ramp slab as long as the analytical strip aren't applicable

I tried to carry out fe batch chasedown floor mesh analysis in protastructure but the analysis is only succesfully completed for 1st and 3rd floors. error message read " FE batch chasedown aborted. storey 2 check the FE slab model". Please, how do I fix it?
