    How can anyone be suspicious…
His business partner is run over and killed.
He and his lawyer and friends are then killed in a yacht that sunk, when the designer says it couldn’t sink 🤔
    Do we believe in coincidences?

Fabulous piece of info there, wonder if many people understand the seriousness & implications of it!!
Albert Pike is another author people should know about, in his book 'Moral's & Dogma's' (1871) he stipulates that 3 World Wars will happen & that the 3rd War is going to be a a religious conflict between Christian & Muslim nations. He also stated that the last War will be the Bloodiest & Most Violent War humanity has every witnessed. Albert Pike, venerated in Washington with a statue was a 33 degree Scottish Rite Freemason.

It wasn't a mystery they appear to have removed the balast by raising the keel .That is the most certain way to sink a ship in a storm .
No freak accident if that keel it was raised it was a deliberate sct of sabotage or the most stupid captain in history .
The crew hopped off the boat leaving the guests sleeping below and thats not a great look either .

It does seem bizarre considering the background and the people onboard. If it was a hit job it would have been a very professional job so “nothing to see here”. The yacht itself though had a huge mast so perhaps it was a bit too huge.

@OracleofDelphiTarot, I think that that is a little far fetched to be honest. Your asking the staff to risk their own lives with an audacious plan to create a storm that's going to sink the vessel from beneath their feet. There's no guarantee that they would survive. There's no guarantee that someone won't spill the beans at some point, especially when a colleague did perish. It just seems too silly. The more reasonable answer is that mistakes were made in terms of securing the yacht, and a storm hit it.

@@Jaytee. yes I agree it does seem far fetched… but just because it seems that way doesn’t mean it’s not possible.. a lot of things that were perceived as far fetched have turned out to be absolutely not far fetched.. as for someone spilling the beans.. these types of people who are capable and powerful enough to put a hit like this really don’t care.. essentially as they know most people would never believe them and secondly because most people would never spill the beans as their life and their loved ones lives would be in danger.. you have to remember these people aren’t like you or I, powerful, extremely rich and psychopathic is a deadly combination. I totally believe it’s possible that this was a “hit” on the people on the yacht.. the details of how we will never know but I truly believe it was a deliberate attempt to take them out.

For me as NA rather than considering the irresponsability for not to look for harbour waters while the storm approach presumably knowing by the weather forestcast (Note: Roman galleys or mechant ships offten capsized on the same way on this area) and the combination of the vessel heading (presumably transversal to the incoming waves or paralel to the shoreline, anchored not sailing) with the main enviromental actions on the hull expose to the waves (load condition) and the gusting wind forces on the mast area, lead to the yacht to oscillate (Roll) with amplitudes that reach the Roll resonance physic phenomena (ship Roll amplitudes in which any external excitation force can induce an unrestrained oscillation motion) that over come the yacht transversal stability capability inducing with a counter moment capsized the vessel and flooded after through the open hatch , very sad event , then the most probably new regulation for this type of vessel its seem for me that it will be the requirement for a number of water tight compartiments (e.g. among walls)which allow a buoyancy capbility on this kind of events. What a shocking statement! What has the colour of somebody's hair got to do with anything. I couldn't listen after this childish woman said that! And, NO, the 20mph hasn't been lifted anywhere in my part of wales - facts are what makes a story.

I will put money on it. See this time and again, with people of wealth, in any situation where they feel they have control, getting seats on a plane or getting tables at restaurants, whatever. I am certain those that perished were the type of personalities who cannot be told what to do. The survivors were the ones that would have followed crew instructions and stayed up at 4:30am without complaint. The others probably were sleeping off a heavy dinner and alcohol, shrugged it off as a storm in a teacup and stayed in their private quarters. The wife probably survived because she actually owned the yacht and was still arguing with the crew to save face with her few remaining guests that were milling about uncertain and scared. As to why….If the mast snapped as some have said, it could have punched a hole through the hull as well as unbalancing it.

A word to bear in mind is of course "coincidence" meaning two events apparently but not actually causally linked. The emerging story of the foundering of the yacht relates to the retractable "centre board". MAIB investigators are working with Italian authorities to determine the cause which may result in a criminal prosecution. That is unclear at present so maybe the responsible approach is to leave this story for another time, particularly in respect for the bereaved.

Strange that the lifting keel was was not deployed in such bad weather considering the huge mast. Also that the yacht did not take shelter in the harbour. All but one of the crew escaped. So soon after the court case ended with acquittal. Then there’s the bike “accident” involving the co-defendant o few days before.
