I actually released all my fears and anxiety. It was weird because he showed up in my meditation while doing the love magnetism subliminal a day back. I didn't even know him 2 weeks back (even though he is a big TH-cam star now). I found him on my feed one day and instantly felt a connection. But I could feel the resistance from him. Good idea about tuning into oneself in the morning before tuning in to the world! I need to do that. I let too much get to me. Thank you for all your efforts. The end of last week and the weekend were particularly tough with the energy. I kept wondering what was going on. I had tears on and off for 2 days. It wasn’t fear but pain from someone’s action, and it was acknowledged that I did nothing wrong, as it was their projection. So this pain is being cleared. Good to know. I seem to have an old pattern of tucking pain away without dealing with or letting go. I actually released all my fears and anxiety. It was weird because he showed up in my meditation while doing the love magnetism subliminal a day back. I didn't even know him 2 weeks back (even though he is a big TH-cam star now). I found him on my feed one day and instantly felt a connection. But I could feel the resistance from him. I now have a Guru and definitely being guided on my right path. I don't want to deviate my focus away from the divine any further. Good idea about tuning into oneself in the morning before tuning in to the world! I need to do that. I let too much get to me. My day yesterday really dysregulated me and I couldn't sleep at all last night. I knew there was a way to deal with it, but just couldn't do it. I need to start my day more centered, focused on myself rather than my TF.

Thank you for all your efforts. The end of last week and the weekend were particularly tough with the energy. I kept wondering what was going on. I had tears on and off for 2 days. It wasn’t fear but pain from someone’s action, and it was acknowledged that I did nothing wrong, as it was their projection. So this pain is being cleared. Good to know. I seem to have an old pattern of tucking pain away without dealing with or letting go. Then I saw one of your recent readings about the energy and I’ve had another message today, so that explains all that, as it wasn’t even a moon phase- I’m particularly susceptible to New, Full and even 3/4 moon phase, but this wasn’t even one of those.
It’s at times like this that I wonder if I’m really sane 🤪.
