54:59 this feeling happened today morning. I had bad relationship with food. So like skipping meals to lose weight but then binge eating for emotional support. I wanted to lose weight for 4 years now. And i want to lose only 4kg. I know crazy but it just never happened. Bad mental health no discipline. Oh man. 54:59 this feeling happened today morning. I had bad relationship with food. So like skipping meals to lose weight but then binge eating for emotional support. I wanted to lose weight for 4 years now. And i want to lose only 4kg. I know crazy but it just never happened. Bad mental health no discipline. Oh man. After a lot of hard work for past few months i suddenly realised i healed my relationhsip with foods. I dont crave anything. I m eating fruits in snacks. I dont see unhealthy food and be like i want it. All my portions are in control too. And i eat outisde heavy foods in weddings and parties normally too. And i dont keep thinking abt food. And i know with this healed relationship with food i will eventually lose weight too.
But damn it took sooo much. Sooo much relationship therapy. Inner child healing. Shifting mindsets. Releasing trauma. Crying screaming. Damn. Journalling. I filled books of height till my waist. I wrote left and right. Soooo many ups and downs. Soent money. Lost money. Oooh finally here. Some progress.
