I love that you’re putting the entire podcast on here. Keep doin your thing dale jr. I’ve been a fan since I could walk and I’m 27 now. My earliest memory of you winning was the Daytona 500 in 2004. I got to touch and see that winning car behind the glass at dei when I was 11 with one of the workers there. Best experience of my life. I still have a lug nut that I got from where they practice pit stops at in the back
Dale is one of the most honest and real dudes out there. Listening to him tell stories about when he was pissed off was hilarious. The honesty is amazing!
I've bought and sold several Chevy cruises and he's right some don't have a spare they come with a little air pump that plugs in a USB port no joke it's all u get
My moms chevy malibu has the same thing, I was driving it and had a tire blow out, I was no impressed when all I found was that dinky little air compressor that didn’t even work lol
The most heartbreaking race that just killed me is when Junior ran out of gas on the last lap, the final corner of the 600. I’ll never ever get past it.
I know Mike isn’t on the show anymore, but i do miss the old podcast intro, it was iconic. I would always recite it everytime in my head each new episode
The Netflix documentary made me a fan of C Bell. I love that he called them out and drove with a chip on his shoulder, but I also love that he isn't a huge personality like Blaney or Chastain. He just wants to win, he's humble, and he's likable and that's why he's my guy
Seeing Bell on the track as a pretty dominant clutch driver and not being as exposed or immersed in social media and news is honestly what made me take a liking to him
6:00 Permanently build the thing then auction it off for The Dale Jr Foundation. I'm pretty sure there are people out here who are huge Titanic fans and having a Lego model built by none other than Dale Jr..... I mean, that would be a one and only prized possession.
I owe C-Bell a thank you, as well--him AND his wife, Morgan, actually... After YEARS of trying to get my girl to watch nascar, she gave the Netflix show a chance and fell in love with Christopher and his wife. (You're love and support of eachother was remarkable and refreshing to see.) Now, she is a huge fan and we watch together every sunday. Thank you Christopher and Morgan! Keep winning!!!! Also, get in a Chevy. :)
Dale, I find it amazing that you have had so many up and comers drive for JRM that now drive in the cup series. At 17 Conner is very well spoken and is a driver I'll watch and route for. Excellent show and very informative
Alot of people would hear him talk about how NASCAR isn't necessarily the endgame and he wants to all things and think it's a negative because he won't be as committed. But this is a dude that as a fan I want to support because of that pure desire to race everything.
BMW e9x (3 series) didn't come with a spare, but they did come with runflats.. My 335i popped one on a nasty pothole a long time ago, was able drive home without issue. Not ideal, but it worked. lol
I’ve been hoping for you to get CBell on the download for many years now. It’s a start! I do hope you get him on for a full interview someday. Thanks Dale.
Actually, I am a hard core CBell fan. From the early dirt days in Oklahoma to his time at KKR (I'm a photographer at dirt tracks and did a few years at the Chili Bowl. I've listened to his radio since the truck days. So, yes I endured the agony of bad pit stops. One thing about Christopher is that no matter what bad happens, he may make a mild comment, then goes to work. Go, CBell..........
many new cars don’t come with a spare just an air pump sometimes the air pump has a switch to inject fix-a-flat like substance along with the air or just air
80% of smaller cars and many smaller SUVs DONT have spares from the factory. Reason, physic room, Costs, weight vs Mileage (epa economy) and a few other dumb reasons. It's lame, but they've been phasing out since the mid 2000s. Some cars have the pump with fix a flat, a few have nothing but Roadside to get you by. You do have an option on some cars to buy a spare tire kit. I was a factory parts guy for many years when this started to happen and I took the lecture from every old man that wanted one.
Hey Dale! I just watched a crash highlight from the 2003 food city 500 and on the broadcast the Cingular question was “should nascar add another short track?” An astonishing 93% of people said yes and only 7% said no. Crazy to think 93% would probably say no today and only 7% would say yes with the current short track package. Thought you’d enjoy.
Hey guys, FYI, a lot of new cars today do not come with spare tires anymore. They give you a fluid kit essentially to plug it and get you down the road. I buy new cars all the time very rarely unless I buy a truck or a full-size SUV does anyone give you a spare tire anymore.
I have to disagree with Dale on the car itself. There's an old saying. "You can't polish a turd." In my opinion, this car is exactly that. A turd. An under powered, stiff as a board, crap wagon. I can't get behind the direction NASCAR is going because they never do the right thing to fix their issues. Horsepower is the best band aid for this car FOR SURE. But there would still be a bunch of issues with it regardless. What Dale said about everyone having the same thing however, I do agree with. That's why people love the 80's through mid 90's NASCAR so much. Ford, Buick, Pontiac, Chevy and Oldsmobile. Those weren't just some decals on a universal body, chassis and engine. They were all their own beasts.
You are correct and I wish the brand ship had not sailed. Denny said “ask Jim France”. Honest answer would be: “I’ve always liked sports cars, it’s my company, so live with it.”
I have a 98 f150, had a flat and the spare was still under the bed. Original Goodyear that was 24 years old and never been used. Still had 32 lbs of air, put it on and never looked back.
Today, there are many models of new cars that are sold without a spare tire. On some cars, a full size spare or a "temporary spare" is optional; temporary = 50 mph maximum speed, 50 miles maximum distance. Some cars (e.g., my '18 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack) only come with a compressor that can pump sealant into the tire and then inflate the tire. My understanding is that a limited-slip differential will be damaged if it is driven very far or very fast with mismatched tires (e.g., different outside diameter). Temporary spares have a significantly smaller outside diameter than regular tires. When the wife and I go on an overnight trip in the Challenger, a full-size spare is secured in the back seat by the seat belts.🙂
Bell and Truex Jr's car didn't have a problem running through the field. Truex might have been able to win it if he pits 10 - 15 laps earlier once they realized he wouldn't make it on fuel and tires instead of staying out and wishing for a caution flag. Once he did pit, he came out 20-something and had no problem marching back to 7th, he just ran out of laps/time to get to the front. Wishing for a caution isn't a good strategy. And Bell worked his way to the front from 20-something too. Some teams/drivers just figure it out better.
Fire the Audio guy! Why don't you balance the volume? cutting to Denny he was WAY WAAY LOUDER. I'm listening on headphones, and you blast me out. hurts damn it!
I started watching C Bell at Port City(Tulsa) and I-44 Riverside (OKC) in micros when he was 14 years old. He’s a natural. He will win championships. Zero doubt in my mind. Ask Larson who the racer is that he “fears” the most. He will say C Bell. Guaranteed!
How many wins does ryan preece have in the CUP series now? Do you think he'll win as many CUP races as Kurt Bush?? Go get em Ryan 🏆 🏁 💪 👏 ☝️💰✊️🫵👍👊👳♂️🧢
They do sell new cars without a spare. My daughters car came with a tire inflation kit instead of a spare. It's basically a can of fix a flat and a small air compressor. No joke!
I’d like you to interview Fernando Alonso.. he’s part of that group of drivers that’s been in multiple disciplines with success and I think it would be a fantastic interview
Can you please turn the microphone volume up on everyone's mics? I have to crank the volume all the way up to hear everyone talk then get my face blasted when an ad comes on. Please and thank you.
I had a 2017 Dodge Dart that came with a air compressor and a can of Fix A Flat in place of the spare. I bought that car brand new right off the lot too
Idea …. Have the Lego build at JRM. You can do a time lapse as it being built. Have the guest put a couple pieces in do a photo shoot of them putting the pieces together. Broadcast or stream it on TH-cam…. Content guys!!!! Content!!!!
I see CBell challenging for another shot at a championship 🏆 this year. Larson, Reddick, Byron. Those are my four. Bank on it and if I'm right I want a tour of Jr motorsports 🎉
Catching this while waiting on my movers - that are an hour late Miami style (I was rare for me an hour early ; ) Had to shower with the liquid hand soap at sink - figure if it's good enough for Junebug haha! Sign it and put out that Titanic up for charity auction - easy peasy solution! Enjoy it, have fun and teach your kids the foundation work! 🚢 ❤️🏁, Martha in Miami going back by Coral Gables and historic Coral Way 🌳 : )
A spare tire is now an option in most vehicles believe it or not I have been in the car business all my life buying selling and repairing and this is new to me as well. I just can’t believe it.
Dale and Andrew, they sell new vehicles without spare tires, I bought a 2021 jeep Compass Limited 4x4, did not come with a spare tire, dealership said most car manufacturers no longer automatically supply spare tires is an additional fee.
The Cruze does not have a spare, and mine was the most expensive version of the "Eco" model they made. It has a space for a doughnut but no tire included. Same with the Malibu I had before this cruze.
All I can add about spare tires is from being a professional auto Detailer/ vehicle clean up on new cars delivered. There’s always been a spare tire included. Just my personal experience 🤷♀️
They definitely sell new cars without spares. My ex and I had a Prius Plug In, and in order to fit the larger battery into the car, Toyota just chucked the spare tire for more battery space
Dude! I built the Titanic. My wife let me buy a shelf and put it up in one of the bathrooms. Now after hearing this video she is demanding credit for letting me do this. So now you stored up a mess for me. lol! For what it is worth once you get it fine you will not want to tear it apart. It is one of them things you build and it is like I did that! Put it in the studio in the background. Note I got hooked on mine and added extra details and rigging. It looks much closer to the real thing. It was like an addiction. You might take a look at the 1/8 Lamborghini. You build it and it has working engine, tranny, and AWD. Much harder to build than the Titanic. Not kids stuff and good winter project.
So my question is -- on iRacing with the MX-5 you gotta downshift and upshift at Martinsville, Mooncar does that 24 Hour race and sprint races with the same combo, and it's a great show. Why is it good with THAT car on a simulator but not good with the Cup car? If these are the best drivers in the world shifting shouldn't distract them.
I love that you’re putting the entire podcast on here. Keep doin your thing dale jr. I’ve been a fan since I could walk and I’m 27 now. My earliest memory of you winning was the Daytona 500 in 2004. JR you absolutely have to do a time lapse of the Titanic build I’m sure a majority of people would love to see that!
Especially the parts when you get pissed and give-up!
Dale is one of the most honest and real dudes out there. Listening to him tell stories about when he was pissed off was hilarious. The honesty is amazing!
Ryan was great host Jr, thanks for having him on, please do again someday... 👍
“That ship has sailed” was a very underrated one-liner Kurland 😂😂😂
God I love Dale. Can listen to him all day
I've bought and sold several Chevy cruises and he's right some don't have a spare they come with a little air pump that plugs in a USB port no joke it's all u get
Andrew should ask Mr. Hendrick if his sales team can get him a reasonable upgrade. He'll talk about it on every podcast
This new format sucks. Who are the children? Better than the fat guys on Dick, Butter, Smegma
True statement.
My moms chevy malibu has the same thing, I was driving it and had a tire blow out, I was no impressed when all I found was that dinky little air compressor that didn’t even work lol
Jeeps don't come with a spare either. Some lawsuit deal they said.
The most heartbreaking race that just killed me is when Junior ran out of gas on the last lap, the final corner of the 600. I’ll never ever get past it.
Love the father daughter moment. I never got that acknowledgement that I was paying attention.
Imagine driving down the highway and seeing dale changing his tire lol. I’d piss myself
I know Mike isn’t on the show anymore, but i do miss the old podcast intro, it was iconic. I would always recite it everytime in my head each new episode
I love the Phoenix races. Biffle was a blast to watch there back in the day
The Netflix documentary made me a fan of C Bell. I love that he called them out and drove with a chip on his shoulder, but I also love that he isn't a huge personality like Blaney or Chastain. He just wants to win, he's humble, and he's likable and that's why he's my guy
Hope y’all had a great time but really glad to have you back!
Seeing Bell on the track as a pretty dominant clutch driver and not being as exposed or immersed in social media and news is honestly what made me take a liking to him

This is very very smart
@@zacharylozowski Thank you
That is so special watching the race with Isla , priceless ❤
I owe C-Bell a thank you, as well--him AND his wife, Morgan, actually...

Keep winning!!!! Also, get in a Chevy. :)
Fantastic show today!!!! The more I listen to Bell, he’s making me a fan for sure
Dale, I find it amazing that you have had so many up and comers drive for JRM that now drive in the cup series. At 17 Conner is very well spoken and is a driver I'll watch and route for. Excellent show and very informative
Great show! FYI - Do you know Tesla does not make spare tires for Model Y and others (after market options) ??
Denny spun in front of your favorite driver
Dale you have to display it proudly.
"Lucky Charms are bad ass!" Lol Dale is my spirit animal 😂😂
ANDREW DID THE FROSTED TIPS😭😭😭😭 im dead
1:15:00 In case you're curious like I was.. It's Carl Edwards at Charlotte 2015. Lap 70.
He's not bullshitting. I worked for AAA for 16 years, there are a lot of cars that don't come with spares.
Alot of people would hear him talk about how NASCAR isn't necessarily the endgame and he wants to all things and think it's a negative because he won't be as committed. But this is a dude that as a fan I want to support because of that pure desire to race everything.
I really enjoy how you talk about taking the individuality away from teams & drivers
BMW e9x (3 series) didn't come with a spare, but they did come with runflats.. My 335i popped one on a nasty pothole a long time ago, was able drive home without issue. Not ideal, but it worked. lol
That would take way more patience than I have to build that huge Titanic 😅 im glad you got it and hope you have fun putting it together Dale Jr 😁
I’ve been hoping for you to get CBell on the download for many years now. It’s a start! I do hope you get him on for a full interview someday. Thanks Dale.
Put the Titanic at Whiskey River
Build it and auction it off for charity, get Byron in on a big build to contribute to it as well
Jr you have to post you and the daughter watching the race!
Can't believe dale went and got the lego, really look forward to seeing the progress!
Here in Europe most new cars don't have a spare wheel.
Great questions today!!! 👏

@DirtyMoMedia, is it possible to post these episodes with timestamps of each segment so people can find a specific one please?

I was hoping someone would say it 👍🏼 dealer tech here. He's absolutely right
Ryan was awesome, Ryan is awesome
Another great podcast Dale Jr 💞🤗💞🏁🏆🏁🙏🙏
Commercials on this channel are so much louder than the content itself. Jump scares every commercial, LOL
Dale needs to put the Titanic right inside the front door of JR Motorsports and make any fans who want pics pose by the LEGO boat 😂😂
I have to disagree with Dale on the car itself. There's an old saying. "You can't polish a turd." In my opinion, this car is exactly that. A turd. An under powered, stiff as a board, crap wagon. Great show . Dale Jr you are dated on the Spare Tire with every car sold. Most cars/suvs do not have spare, just an inflator with sealant!
Frosted tips! 👍
I have a 98 f150, had a flat and the spare was still under the bed. Original Goodyear that was 24 years old and never been used. Still had 32 lbs of air, put it on and never looked back.
"These are all legitimate questions, but..." haha. Amy earns her sainthood, I swear.
The Titanic was one of my favourite LEGO builds.. So much fun
Love your hat Dale . Where did you purchase it? Thanks for The
Show

Of course it's easy to pass with 60 lap better tires
Dale, do the Lego thing. Start a series on dirty mo and do stop motion. Lots of people would love that
I wish we had Xfinity internet in Northern Maine Jr !
Fire the Audio guy! Why don't you balance the volume? cutting to Denny he was WAY WAAY LOUDER. I'm listening on headphones, and you blast me out. hurts damn it!
I'm with you Jr ! Get even 👊
Christopher Bell is a genuinely good dude...
Great story. Always love the content. Where can I buy one of those Chevy hats?
I started watching C Bell at Port City(Tulsa) and I-44 Riverside (OKC) in micros when he was 14 years old.
He’s a natural. He will win championships. Zero doubt in my mind.
Ask Larson who the racer is that he “fears” the most. He will say C Bell. Guaranteed!
The Titanic is now part of the show. It belongs in the studio as a conversation piece and will stand out as a memory within the studio.
Im happy for Noah ❤
How many wins does ryan preece have in the CUP series now?
Do you think he'll win as many CUP races as Kurt Bush??
Go get em Ryan 🏆 🏁 💪 👏 ☝️💰✊️🫵👍👊👳♂️🧢
Just a side note for Andrew, I also have a Chevy Cruze that also didn’t come with a spare

Watched the Cars Tour race. Lots of fun!

Carl Edward's at Charlotte in 15 the fall race is what I believe he's talking about!
Catching this while waiting on my movers - that are an hour late Miami style (I was rare for me an hour early ; ) Had to shower with the liquid hand soap at sink - figure if it's good enough for Junebug haha! The drivers call a setup? Ones larson and the other is a mystery yall gonna get larson and bubba on the phone together 😉 😂
On the Queen Marry in Long Beach there is a LEGO build of the Queen Marry that is like 25 or 30 ft. long. check it out.
The Cruze does not have a spare, and mine was the most expensive version of the "Eco" model they made. It has a space for a doughnut but no tire included. Same with the Malibu I had before this cruze.
You and Byron should build it and sell it and take the money and sponsor my latemodel. I bet it would pay for a few sets of tires
All I can add about spare tires is from being a professional auto Detailer/ vehicle clean up on new cars delivered. There’s always been a spare tire included. Just my personal experience 🤷♀️
I own a chevy cruze I bought off my parents and can confirm it doesn't come with a spare. really boggles the mind haha
HP would make all the difference in the world. Drivers would have to drive the cars again. No more putting on the floor and hanging on.
Larson is the man!
Most cars do not have spare tires now days.
They definitely sell new cars without spares. My ex and I had a Prius Plug In, and in order to fit the larger battery into the car, Toyota just chucked the spare tire for more battery space

Why is it good with THAT car on a simulator but not good with the Cup car? If these are the best drivers in the world shifting shouldn't distract them.
It sound like if you change the horsepower then the brakes might fail. At Phoenix last weekend drivers were complaining about brakes overheating.
Give the best stock car drivers in the world at least 750 HP please. The drivers and fans would love it.
The last season where I loved the racing was 2015 and 2016 with the low downforce package
however long it takes to assemble the lego titanic, actually disassembling it entirely would take 3x longer
