Good evening,I am new here.Please,I transferred from the POS,it showed transaction successful,but I am yet to receive the money in my account,I have even called UBA customer care and she said the money is not in the acct,but this money is also not in the monie point acct either because I checked the balance already.Pls how do I go about this?Just to confirm,I made another transfer of 100 naira from the POS to my UBA account,it entered,but the previous one has not.
