Afternoon, pls I had a machine for like 5 months and I had no use for it again, I told the person I got it from and he said since it not upto 1 year moniepoint will refund me 10k after withdrawal of the terminal, till now I haven’t seen the 10k refund and the guys said he does not know what wrong cause he did the same process for some other people and they had seen their money, please what could be the problem ?
