  • An Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) is a yearly evaluation of an individual's current health. It is free of cost for Medicare Part B beneficiaries. During this visit, a doctor will review the individual's health history, identify any potential health issues, and answer any questions. The primary objective of the AWV is to establish a record of the individual's physical and mental well-being to develop a preventive health plan.
Join Maranda Cruce, Clinical Product Analyst at ThoroughCare, as she discusses the different benefits of the program and provides insight into what patients can expect during an Annual Wellness Visit.
