Some trucks made it through, some didn't.. but ALL OF THEM gave a Great High Flying Action Fun Filled performance for you to enjoy!! This film is Part 2 of 2 in the series - (Part 1 here: bit.ly/1KrBhh1) These are Losi 1/5th scale 4x4 Short Course Trucks. Each one of them are powered by a gasoline/oil mix engine with an electronic brain. Each one of these vehicles have been modified in one form or another to optimize their performance, to the liking of their drivers.
Welcome to the RCSparks Studio Race Track, a private place we invite friends and family to have some awesome RC fun! The "Little Dirty" is a series of races prior to the BiG DiRTY Race held at the End of August (usually). These races are really just practice for the drivers and a chance to test out their rigs after modding, or purchasing equipment/new trucks.
Today was Really Hot - about +35c and the engines are running well. We are all dying of heatstroke (Canucks are usually in a deep freeze), but loving every minute of it!! The racers came out and the volunteers were there to help out flipping some trucks! Really AWESOME!
I used 6 cameras to capture footage including 2 GoPro's, 3 Video Cameras, and a DJi Phantom for Aerial footage. Shooting this film took a lot of planning and preparation at the race track, as well as getting all the gear in the right place at the right time. A SPECiAL Thanks to Donna and Jennett, my two amazing Camera Ladies, as well as my bro Everett for assisting in getting great footage for all to enjoy!
An even BiGGER SHOUT OUT to all that help make RC ADVENTURES and these types of events possible! The Viewers and Participants are the reason we do this show.. and we certainly hope it keeps you entertained and inspired, for years to come!

My 19 month old son is obsessed with this video. He brings us the remote and says vroom vroom! Once he’s watching it he constantly yells “Go go go!”. He is your biggest fan and has to watch you guys several times a day!

This is so fun. we need a virtual map from the birds eye view. like a satellite view of real time positions and a list of real time positions on the side with their name and number.

The tall stands with the coverings they are higher up than everyone else
They don’t drive by the camera, they just stand up high on that cargo container thing so they can see them at all times

The cool thing about these roc cars is that they are 4 wheeled driving so when they are in the air they correct their wheels back to balance and not fall over when it lands

Some people don't understand rc, they just insist on hating his content because of the rc hobby. I believe if you gave any person in this world the controller to one of these things they wouldn't give it back but some people hate on the success of medic.

I built a full Motocross/Indie inspired track in my grandparents back yard that took about 10 years ago, the outer oval covered 6 acres, oval lapping it and gigantic kickers/vertical ramps off the far outer side towards the side with the pond!
Took only 6 months, of course we used several tractors, backhoes and a mini bulldozer! Man I wish they still had that house... All that time working on the track and closer to 20 ton than 15 of dirt, sand, clay and soot!
Started off as an oval for my mini sprints and then full sized, but after I quit with the sprints, I turned it into a RC track. Seriously miss that place, ppl came from all over!
Even had a pond that I altered to glide across and ramps that many landed in going for the 80'^x100'-140'/---___---\
Unlike anything I'd seen and I'll never have the drive to put all that work into another... 😥

The drone shots are very cool, as you can see the whole track and follow some of the trucks as they go around the track. Great job Medic, always looking forward for your videos and a great setup for a RC off road track

This really is spectacular medic! It looks like all in attendance had a most triumphant time and no shortage of smiling faces. The footage you get with your phantom DJI is pure sugar it's SO sweet! That would of been cool if you ran a wild cat 1/10 or any truck goes race while all your friends were there or just that many racers. I'm sure you'll have plenty 1/10 scale runs to come in the future so i'll have to wait. Peace out bro
Nate Brenneman Hi Nate! Awesome :) Actually.. I was running the Losi with the Go Pro on it! This was over 2 races, that were 10 minutes, and then 15 minutes long. I raced the 10 min race, and then flew the phantom to get the aerials in the second race! So I was out there.. theres just so much for 1 dude the get done.. haha! :)
***** yeah I can only imagine how busy you must have been. I was just noticing how much everyone else is helping to film in the video. That must have been a whole bunch of film to edit down but you really did a fine job of it. I'm really curious how the 1/10 scale trucks that are a little faster would do on the track.I bet it's a whole different race with fast 1/10 trucks.

This kind of cars and their race looks very interesting like dirt bike races. Would be interesting to have a real life race with these kind of cars in mud and dirt flying up and down bouncing all over the track

it was an EPIC time!! I do have a few films from my place, in this series.. I held the event for many years
RCSparks Studio I have been into the RC hobby since 1985ish. Just went to my first RC track and raced last Sunday. It was a great time. But watching these cars with the large scale looks so realistic. You did such an awesome job filming. The drone footage was killer.

They are very fun, you can buy a nice traxxas slash 30 mph for around $300 although it isn’t gas powered
