This is my favorite concert clip from BTS. This was all arranged behind the scenes by ARMY and the BTS staff. This song was not supposed to be on their set list that night, so when the intro started they thought it was a mistake and it totally surprised them. Then when the majority audience of English speaking ARMY started singing the Korean lyrics they were blown away. It meant so much to them to be honored by their fans in that way. This is just another example of how much they are loved throughout the whole world.
I can't imagine what they were feeling initially when they thought someone had made a mistake with the set list... that first feeling for them when it happened made me hold my breath because I thought they were going to be so anxious.

I unfortunately wasn't part of this epic moment but I can imagine how emotional this must make our boys , working tirelessly and facing so many hardships then to have your fans sing your song to you . Man that hits the feels hard 💜 Thankyou for your reactions
To be able to see someone fall in love with BTS is honestly a beautiful and amazing honor. We all have had our own journey becoming ARMY, and a lot of us having that journey alone. But to be here and be able to watch you have that same journey with all of us behind you, it’s truly a beautiful thing. Borahae🫰🏻💜
That moment at 5 min I can only describe as the BTS effect. It's like all emotions. Content but longing. They always make me feel but certain songs they make me feel it all
Its not flashlight the Army is holding. Its called Bomb. All army have this. They bring it to the concert. It is synchronized to the music BTS sings abd changes colors 😍
There’s also a very emotional clip of Jung Kook on Weverse live listening to a song made by fans called Love Letter. It’s really good and the song makes you cry.💜
YOU my dude are truly an army now. I see myself in your reaction. This is exactly what I was like when I was discovering bts music. You understand the essence of a bts song. You are able to appreciate their heartfelt lyrics. You are able to feel things with us and bts. I hope to see more of your reactions. Especially to bts music like this. I'm glad you are starting from the beginning of their careers.
FYI, Army singing this song to them meant so much to BTS that they used a clip of it at the beginning of their song "For Youth" that was released last year on their anthology album "Proof"
I love seeing Guy ARMYs with so much enthusiast and doing reactions to OT7. Welcome on being an ARMY. Your reactions are so genuine. As someone who was there in person and sang my heart out I can confirm every single person in that stadium was crying! Literally the best moment of my life! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Tae's promise to come back next year always gets me because this was in 2019, and the following year covid happened. They didn't get to go back as promised 😭♥️💜
It’s so heartwarming and very much welcome to see you discover BTS and what they stand for. There’s a saying, BTS finds you when you need them the most. I hope they further provide comfort and joy to you 😊
When I first discovered BTS at the end of 2020 this is one of the songs I listened to. Just listening to the chorus “forever we are young”, I cried. It hits especially hard, those words…. On so many different level. Maybe also because I am old, or older. I was such a different person when I was in my 20s I had so much dream. I was going to do so much. Achieve so much. I was going to have children. I was going to grow old with my husband. I was going to travel the world. I was going to conquer the world. I was going to make a difference. I was going to change the world. ARMYs who were there are so blessed. To be signing these words together and with BTS. ❤
Ahhhhh, yes, I'm with you both too 💜 I don't have regrets about where I've ever up, but that younger self - I was so different then, and I have a lot of love for that person.
You were looking for a word to describe that sad/happy/longing feeling you felt listening to this song. I don’t think we have the perfect word in English, I think melancholy might be one of the closest. Or bittersweet. But Japan and Portugal both have beautiful words/phrases around this idea. Mono no aware (Japanese) - the awareness of the impermanence of things and the gentle sadness and longing that comes with that. Saudade (Portuguese) - a profoundly nostalgic longing for a beloved yet absent something (although it can still be physically present at the time) Both words are connected to movements in literature and the arts, so I think they are a good fit here.
Rex, there's a saying in the Army. BTS will find you when you need it the most. And I must say, it seems that it has happened once again. Embrace it and just enjoy ❤ Don't worry about your future life, there is no hurry and there is a lot of time for you to decide where in life you want to go, despite of what everyone else says and does. You are so welcome to the company of people around the world of all ages and gender. Here it doesn't matter. I'm a OT7, 60 years old woman from Sweden ❤
When I first found BTS, this is one the songs that made me go ‘Huh, these guys have a rare self awareness’ and that I find them very genuine songwriters
Every time I watch this video I cried a lot Thanks for sharing again I'm a grandma (71) really love bts they are my inspiration in my remaining life Stay safe and we're with you in bts journey❤❤❤❤❤
Army also experience mixed emotions after a concert, we call it PCD (Post Concert Depression). Even though we just had the most amazing night of our lives, you become sad and miss the boys.
You speaking about how they would feel after the concert (when reading RMs opening lyrics) This is the time when they all reflect and become their own worst critics - they are such perfectionists and only want to be their very best for Army and for each other. They micromanage every piece of every performance and feel upset and frustrated with any small mistake. I hope with Chapter 2 that they all come back and can enjoy each and every performance, especially if it's not perfect. Army just want to be there with them, they could literally just stand on stand and chat and we'd be more than happy. They do it for us and that sometimes makes me sad when I think of the pressure they put on themselves to make everything perfect for us. They've spoken about just performing and having fun on stage when they come back (Suchwita - Yoongi's show )... I hope they remember that. Thank you for your reactions Rex - you are doing a really good job of getting to know the members and how / why Army are so protective and supportive. 💜Borahae💜
Beautiful moment. I'm excited for you to reach Jhope performance at Lollapalooza, V tiny desk, RM tiny desk and Suga tour. It's a joy watching you discover them. I'm pretty new as well 🫶🏾
The feeling: Nostalgia? Fondness for the feeling of memories but sadness that they are past as well? Melancholy? Bittersweet? Longing? It's a song that makes you feel all these things.
Jungkook's ending comment was that he wasn't supposed to cry that day (joking about his tendency to cry at concerts), but this was a good occasion. They were so grateful and moved by the audience giving them the tribute and gratitude they deserved for their tireless hard work and fan dedication. This marked their last concert pre-covid, they promised to come back to Wembley the following year, but that didn't happen. During Covid they did perform virtual concerts, but missed the fans so much, it actually affected their mental health (Jimin's solo album is about what he went through during that time). Jimin broke down during one of the virtual performances, because he didn't know that thousands of fans had joined them on monitors in the concert hall and he was seeing them in real time. He said he then realized how much he missed the live interaction with fans and how much the isolation during the pandemic had affected him (he drank more than usual and tried to bury his pain). They are so oriented towards ARMY and they care so much, this was the least ARMY could do for them, we want to do our best for them, as they do for us. I fully understand your emotional reaction, I cry every time one of them cries. They are the most genuine and sweetest guys.
4:57 this is the bittersweet feeling of the impermanence of youth. All the more sweet and beautiful because it is fleeting; and no matter what we do, we could never bring it back. However BTS immortalized theirs in millions of minds and hearts. In armys' memories, they will forever be those awkward young men full of talent and huge potentials. We feel the pain because they've grown up, (as if we are their parents lol) yet we know they are the same kids we've known for years. The same, yet not the same. Lovely reaction Rex. Love your honesty and thank you for showing your vulnerable side. Borahae 💜💜💜
Another cool thing about this was that ARMY and the staff kept it completely secret from BTS. They had no clue it was going to happen. ARMY worked together to get in touch with the BigHit Staff to make it happen. The guys thought that someone had messed up and put the wrong song up until they realized what was happening. This will forever be a #1 memory for ARMY ❤️❤️
I still can't believe how lucky I was to be there that night. I tried so hard not to cry, but when I saw Hobi sobbing too, I lost it. By the end of the song, the whole Wembley stadium was crying. I'll remember that moment for the rest of my days. You're never the same after seeing them live. I saw them twice and I wish every ARMY could have this experience at least once. It's unbelievable! Even though I had them in front of me, I still couldn't believe they are real. They seem like super-humans. And they are all soooo handsome, and humble, and adorable dorks. And the post-concert depression is so real. Even when I was flying back home, I cried the whole time cause I didn't want to go back to my regular life.
This song came out with I was 19 and I remember tearing up bc i wanna be young forever like this song. now that I’m entering my 27 everytime I listened to this song I will get emotional but also quite relieved bc I grew up with bts
It gives me goosebumps. Just think about what they overcame during their career and then here they’re in the English speaking UK where 60k+ fans are singing their song back to them in Korean. It’s one thing for this to happen in Korea but it hits differently when it happens internationally.
Fun fact : there is going to be actual kdrama releasing soon based on hyyh (bts universe ) storyline with impeccable cast ,with actors playing roles of the members .
I got emotional again watching that scene through your lens. I appreciate your reaction video because it's authentic and I understand the emotions going through your face.
I found this video through army on Twitter. It is so beautiful to see how much you love and appreciate our precious BTS. And its amazing how you feel the lyrics, I was exactly the same when BTS found me. The first songs, I hadn't found the subtitels yet, but I felt the songs, I could feel what they were singing about. They touched my heart from the first tune. No one has ever done this to me, and no music, before BTS 🥹💜
they appreciate army so much.. they cant believe in this concert that fans from the other side of the world love them and admire them so hard. that is the UK where so many famous singers come from...so its hard for them to believe that they are this huge there..
Watching you reacting to them is so heartwarming and wholesome. I was also crying when I listened to Pied Piper because I work full-time and pursuing my master's degree at the same time and I really love watching their contents. I was crying and laughing because in the lyrics they were telling me to study and they're also taking over me at the same time. I can't with them!!! 🤣🤣🤣 - Baby Army (2023)
I can't say how many times I have watched this clip... Too many to count. It's love in its purest form and I am obsessed with it. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Borahae from Portugal. Such a beautiful journey to witness.
i was on an illegal live stream with 100K other army, during the change of clothes the message flash on the screen of the surprise for the boys, the que was Army Sing.. everyone on the live was singing along and crying too..
I Need You and Young Forever is part of the BU. And it has forever made me question my whole life lol. The plot is so deep that after 8 years of being an ARMY still is making me feel all the emotions. I wish they made a tv series about if or even a movie of the BU.
I didn't know BTS at the time this happened; however, I have seen/heard it many times now and I still cry every time. The BTS & ARMY relationship is real and ever-lasting! The fans helped them get to where they are, and they never fail to mention and thank us. I've never seen artists so appreciative as them. ARMY FOREVER, BANGTAN FOREVER! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
This song is one of the most special BTS songs for Jimin. He even tattooed it on his elbow that’s why out of all the members he was the most emotional. The other song that was tattooed on Jimin was their song Nevermind.
You are such a sweet heart. Big hugs as you miss your family. Always know that wherever you go and feel lonely or alone or in your happiest moments they are shared with your new family of fans, Army and BTS. There are fellow reactors to have fun and share with or local Army or events. Alone will be a distant memory.

You are so relatable for jumping down the Young Forever rabbit hole and just becoming obsessed w the song just trying to inject it into your veins. Yes it is and I was there at that concert in Wembley Stadium here in our capital city London with 60,000 other fans. I was next to an elderly lady who'd because she was afraid of fly. Drove her car from Spain through europe and came to the UK on the Ferry with her car. She'd never been out of Spain before in her life and her family thought she'd gone mad and tried to stop her going. She was amazing she wanted to see BTS live just once her life and felt it was her last change as she was getting 'too old'.
@@quatzxice True but I was very worried about her driving back the next day so we exchanged numbers and she phoned me to let me know where she was along the route back home. @@eileencritchley4630 so glad to hear. I did think of that cos you said elderly. I would have done the same since she came such a long way. Also, it means she went alone which is even more impressive. 💜
You gotta react to Truth untold at a concert in Brazil, Jimin was sick that day and Jungkook/Jin sang his parts... However, the fans actually sang along hard enough to make Jimin cry of emotion on stage. It's was a priceless moment.
They always talk about the post concert emptiness coming back from the high of performing and it feels so unfair that they're the ones giving us a good show yet the ones struggling the most--mentally, physically or emotionally. I know they signed up for this but man I always wish I could take away some of their pain

Don’t compare yourself to others and follow your passion, the thing that brings you the most joy and fulfillment. Looking forward to more of your reactions!
Amen!
This 62 year old Grandma seconds that. Follow your heart, your inner voice. Your path is unique to you and you don't owe anyone an explanation. Borahae, Dear! 💜💜💜
Hey Rex, I just want to say, as a 67 yr old, you are still so very young, and have so much ahead of you that you can't even imagine. Whatever your choices are, just make sure they make you happy! Don't judge yourself by what others are doing. You are bringing quite alot of joy to many by doing what you're doing. I love your beautiful sensitive personhood! I hope to continue sharing in your BTS journey for a long time to come😊💜 They're just the best!!!
Bts is a group we didn't deserve but got blessed with. I'll never be ashamed for supporting them.
I unfortunately wasn't part of this epic moment but I can imagine how emotional this must make our boys , working tirelessly and facing so many hardships then to have your fans sing your song to you . Man that hits the feels hard 💜 Thankyou for your reactions
yes it really was, the elderly Spainish lady I was next to and myself ended up in tears and hugging each other.
To be able to see someone fall in love with BTS is honestly a beautiful and amazing honor. We all have had our own journey becoming ARMY, and a lot of us having that journey alone. But to be here and be able to watch you have that same journey with all of us behind you, it’s truly a beautiful thing. Borahae🫰🏻💜
You're a genuine guy and you have a really good heart I'm so proud of your progress keep going 💜
Seeing you cry made me cry. Yep, you're ARMY now😅❤
That moment at 5 min I can only describe as the BTS effect. It's like all emotions. Content but longing. They always make me feel but certain songs they make me feel it all
I keep checking on yr new vid everyday .. welcome to our magic shop 😂💜
It's just the most beautiful reaction I've ever seen from all the BTS reactions combined I've seen.
I'm so moving
After forever Young, continued to listen FOR YOUTH
'I'm not sad but I'm also sad, I'm happy but I'm also frustrated' ... yep🥲 they make you feel everything💜
Grammy butter performance
You're so genuine it makes me happy
Its not flashlight the Army is holding. Its called Bomb. All army have this. They bring it to the concert. It is synchronized to the music BTS sings abd changes colors 😍
There’s also a very emotional clip of Jung Kook on Weverse live listening to a song made by fans called Love Letter. It’s really good and the song makes you cry.💜
This is a sold out venue of mostly English speaking people surprising them singing in Korean. How incredible beautiful. They were moved to tears.
Your reaction was so touching🥹🥰💜
Thanks for reacting to our lovely and legendary bts
Hugs for everyone who's watching now and forever. 🤗🤗🤗💜💜💜
The bit that gets me the most is when Jimin tries to sing along but is too choked up and can't 😢😢😢💜💜💜💜
being part of the army we always say that, “bts always finds you when you need them most.”
You felt it.....I'm sooooo happy....I'll keep you company with your BTS journey🙌🙌
BTS can make you cry as much as they can make you laugh. No one is the same after BTS.
FYI, Army singing this song to them meant so much to BTS that they used a clip of it at the beginning of their song "For Youth" that was released last year on their anthology album "Proof"
I was there and I still tear up every time I see it. The feeling of oneness during this moment was powerful💜
I love seeing Guy ARMYs with so much enthusiast and doing reactions to OT7. Welcome on being an ARMY. Your reactions are so genuine. If you are looking for a documentary journey and easy access "The Rise of Bangtan" with 21 Episodes are a worth to watch. I hope you also follow the fictional story of the boys "BTS Universe."
I am 48 from Malaysia, BTS Army since 2014 boy in luv era. Although i watched it many times, i still cried so hard😂. I love BTS so much.
❤
My exact set of unachieved dreams, sister. And now BTS is my comfort.
Ahhhhh, yes, I'm with you both too 💜 I don't have regrets about where I've ever up, but that younger self - I was so different then, and I have a lot of love for that person.
I still can’t believe I was part of this😅 the energy was incredible I can’t really put it into words
Saudade (Portuguese) - a profoundly nostalgic longing for a beloved yet absent something (although it can still be physically present at the time)
Both words are connected to movements in literature and the arts, so I think they are a good fit here.
Young forever is produced by RM AND main lyricist is RM
Moment legend 🥲
Every time I watch this video I cried a lot
Thanks for sharing again
I'm a grandma (71) really love bts they are my inspiration in my remaining life
Stay safe and we're with you in bts journey❤❤❤❤❤
💜Borahae💜
That's 90K people who got together to sing to them as a thank you surprise. Man, I would have been on the floor.
Beautiful moment. I'm excited for you to reach Jhope performance at Lollapalooza, V tiny desk, RM tiny desk and Suga tour. It's a joy watching you discover them. I'm pretty new as well 🫶🏾
I always look forward for your reactions 🥹💜
💜 thank you for your reaction 💜
4:57 this is the bittersweet feeling of the impermanence of youth. All the more sweet and beautiful because it is fleeting; and no matter what we do, we could never bring it back. However BTS immortalized theirs in millions of minds and hearts. In armys' memories, they will forever be those awkward young men full of talent and huge potentials. We feel the pain because they've grown up, (as if we are their parents lol) yet we know they are the same kids we've known for years. The same, yet not the same.
Lovely reaction Rex. Love your honesty and thank you for showing your vulnerable side. Borahae 💜💜💜
no matter how many times i watched the clip of army sing young forever in webley stadium, it never fails to make me cry😭 i miss my bangtan💜
I was on the concert the day after this happened, while we didnt have an ICONIC moment like this, I must say it was still an amazing experience.
Seeing you cry in these Bts reaction videos is making me cry
You're not just making silly videos. You're discovering something amazing and connecting with us Army. And your videos really matters.
This song came out with I was 19 and I remember tearing up bc i wanna be young forever like this song. now that I’m entering my 27 everytime I listened to this song I will get emotional but also quite relieved bc I grew up with bts
"That feeling..." you're asking about....? that's BTS. BTS in a nutshell. Borahae!!!! 😁💜🫶
It gives me goosebumps. Just think about what they overcame during their career and then here they’re in the English speaking UK where 60k+ fans are singing their song back to them in Korean. It’s one thing for this to happen in Korea but it hits differently when it happens internationally.
the character development you've displayed has been amazing. love the reactions💜
Fun fact : there is going to be actual kdrama releasing soon based on hyyh (bts universe ) storyline with impeccable cast ,with actors playing roles of the members .
music like BTS doesn't have any language barriers and as HOBI said BTS & ARMY ARE ONE 💜
Pied Piper is such a mood because BTS loves to tease their fans in such a ridiculous playful ways.
There was not a single dry eye in the stadium this night. Everywhere I looked fans were sobbing. Something I will never forget.
Just watching this make me realize how much i miss them 🥺😭
I can't say how many times I have watched this clip... Too many to count. It's love in its purest form and I am obsessed with it. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Borahae from Portugal.
Thank you. Tears don’t let me say more.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You are such a sweet heart. Big hugs as you miss your family. Always know that wherever you go and feel lonely or alone or in your happiest moments they are shared with your new family of fans, Army and BTS. There are fellow reactors to have fun and share with or local Army or events. Alone will be a distant memory.
this song means so much for us, it's like you finally find the way out after sucking in a maze, like you are free from all the darkness in life like you will be young forever like BTS and army find each other it's beautiful 🫂💜
Am British so i had to get the dvd of this concert and i watch it over and over again and still cry everytime, am going to have to get another copy of the dvd because am scared am going to burn this one out 💙💖🖤🤍🤎💚💜 I put these hearts up all the time because these are the colours of their microphones at WEMBLEY going from the Leader to Oldest to Youngest, ARMY are holding up ARMY BOMBS it's BTS official light stick, every Kpop group has one but there all different.
When you consider that the audience was predominantly English speaking it really is phenomenal
You are so relatable for jumping down the Young Forever rabbit hole and just becoming obsessed w the song just trying to inject it into your veins. This song hits deep… you have been hitting ARMY milestones in a flurry (again, REAL) and we have dragged you down to boraland so now my reccomendation would be to watch a great fan made series called “THE RISE OF BANGTAN” here on TH-cam. Please don’t ever be corrupted by solos or antis and always believe in bts, because if you listen to their music and watch their content with an open mind you would start to understand them quite easily 💜 let’s all stream and vote hard 💜
That's amazing! She definitely didn't regret it no matter what. 💜
@@quatzxice True but I was very worried about her driving back the next day so we exchanged numbers and she phoned me to let me know where she was along the route back home. I was relieved when she said. I am home. Another lady made sure she got back to her Bed and Breakfast place that night as well. So we took care of her.
I admire the way you get in the rabbit hole...their personalities will definitely make the journey to the rabbit hole so very quickly 😅 good luck 💜💜
i see you are really liking them....ofc they are so lovable i look forward to more bts reaction
They always talk about the post concert emptiness coming back from the high of performing and it feels so unfair that they're the ones giving us a good show yet the ones struggling the most--mentally, physically or emotionally. I know they signed up for this but man I always wish I could take away some of their pain
Man, I remember the day this moment in BTS and ARMY history happened. Twitter was in chaos during and after.
This is my favourite BTS song. I didn't think they'll sing it anymore in their concerts. It was my first and last BTS concert so feel blessed 🥰 Just to add, that it took me years for blood, sweat and tears to go to this concert and take my family with me.
