I never really understood all the hate for ch2 s6. Yes I can see the points that are made but most are just blown out of proportion. The makeshift weapons weren't actually all that bad exept for the AR and you could upgrade them pretty early on since parts were really common. The map changes were actually really good compared to the abomination of season 5 and the meta was basically fixed after the first 2 weeks. The story was also really good and the whole storyline with Raz stealing the cube shards was really hype
C2S1 I had a alot of great memories especially with the Halloween event but you WERE WAY TO LONG C2S2 was excellent… wish it could stay. C2S3 I didn’t have fun with but now.. obviously I wish I played more of it. C2S4 my all time favorite season. C2S5 loved it. Brought NPCS, exotics, gold. Insane season. C2S6 screw it I enjoyed it. I was 10 years old so I thought it was fun. Definitely not perfect. C2S7 SUPER underrated. I loved the goofy items. C2S8 Very underrated. It did get stale for a little while but the storyline was peak and The End event was SO GOOD

Chapter 2 sits above chapter 1 for my favourite chapter (only because season 2, 3 and 4 were so stacked that padded out things like primal and invasion: hot take invasion was very solid but had so many balance issues it was a mess to play). Chapter 2 Season 1: Off to a crazy good start, we got the amazing fortnitemares update, then we had the first winterfest cabin (peak). Then we waited.... and waited... and waited until finally we got: a harpoon gun, for the season lasting a third of a year it was possibly the most boring season ever (we did get the valentine's day stuff but that was heavily overshadowed by Chapter 2 Season 2 which was right around the corner. Also, the star wars event sucked, but the lightsbaers were cool aside from if you didnt want to use them (like me) you were forced to carry an explosive weapon to counter them easily. The map was my second favourite launch map (behind chapter 3, to me the greatest chapter launch in the game's history. Good poi's felt like a new beginning with familiar faces and the new ones were a mixed bag, on one hand you have: Misty Meadows, Slurpy Swamp, Lazy Lake and Sweaty Sands and Steamy and on the other hands you have weeping woods, craggy cliffs and holly hedges which were nothingburgers of locations. The battlepass was for the most part unremarkable, seriously who remembers sorana as the secret skin? The only skins i liked were 8 ball vs Scratch and Fusion. Lootpool was solid, very barebones that made for a well balanced experience, but it got boring quick. Overall: Intially an easy 7.8 at most, by the end maybe a 4/10 the length kills it hard. Good thing epic learned from the length issue next season.... right? Chapter 2 Season 2: My favourite season period- Two amazing events: Travis Scott's Astronomical was an easy top 3 event period, you could even argue it was number one. The device event was really cool and was stacked with lore and then we got the water storm that was going to flood the map. Memorable battlepass (very few from outside of chapter 1 can ever hold that title), Midas (the goat, arguably my fav battlepass skin ever), Agent Peely (good reskin, his gold style is something i was always be mad at because i was 4 levels off finishing it, so his feet are always not gold for me), Brutus, steroetypical buff brute that fit his role well and him holding the minigun made sense due to his large imposing stature, Skye was my favourite boss because of the mythic scar, even though i'd say she was very forgettable for most of the community, same with tntina. TnTina was good for her role being the demolition chick, but for the most part she was very forgettable unless you cared about how she had the bow which complainted her well, seriously epic made the right choice other than give her a nade launcher or an rpg. Maya was an amazing customiable skin which deserved all the love she got, adored her. Meowscles is one of the most recognisable faces in modern fortnite and as such he is up there with midas for probably one of fortnite's goat in terms of easy to recognise faces. Deadpool was implemented well, but still deadpool was deadpool. Top tier maps changes that were small yet impactful, a sloid lootpool for both comp and casual (as someone who is a controller player this season was the season controller pros got the licks on the kbm bots). The lootpool was a better season 1 with even extra gamemodes like operation payload and operation knockout being perfect and i wish epic played with them some more aside from chapter 2 season 4. The season's delays due to covid messed with the timeline hard. But overall i'd say this season is a 9.8/10 with the mength being it's only real negative and even then, we still had so much content and tournaments that it made the length not that bad, and covid helped really get players on the game. Chapter 2 Season 3: The battlepass was held up by kit and jules, seriously, no one remembers eternal knight or fate, even though fate is cool, ocean was my main other than jules but still i digress, siona was painfully bad and scuba jonesy was forgettable aswell. The map changes were some of the most drastic, the only season's which beat it map changes wise are chapter launches, and with the dynamic water level changes the map was fun to follow. I just wished like other chapter 2 season's the map changes stayed, aside from the shark still being a flooded wreck (atleast the shark was interactable unlike the grotto) nothing else remained after season 4... The lootpoool was good, i loved the charge shotty and the shockwave launcher and the mythics felt really good and well balanced. But the removal of the pump was the main concern, i understand it was to force usage of the charge because everyone would take the pump over it by default but still. Also, cars were amazing. Marauders were fun but most people forgot about them. Overall: I adored this season but for the most part alot of people forgot about it considering its squished between season 2 and 4, in others fortnite's second prime. Solid 8.4/10, no events, plus kinda boring battlepas drags the season down. Chpater 2 Season 4: This is probably my 4th favoruite season ever, only behind chpater 2 season 2, chapter 3 season 1 and chapter 1 season 4. The battlepass was a huge dub for both marvel fans and non marvel fans alike, i still use tony stark to this day because the skin is that good. Mpa changes intially were very underwhelming, sure we had the quinjets but seriously... only doom's domain and the random marvel mythics, where is the- OH MY GOD. Then stark Industries appeared, the chef's kiss of the location that it is was groundbreaking considering it replaced basically dead space (frenzy farm was mid, fatal fields will always be better and who cared about the orchard other season 5 were the main tomato town building was added there). The random marvel characters themes mini locations were actually really nice touches of deatil that surprisingly made the map feel alot better. Lootpool was my favourite this chapter (stark + gold spas carried this season hard) the marvel powers were all good with minimal balancing issues (unibeam) and the groot ball made kids running away easy so it was chase 20+ minutes for a kill. Fortnitemares was also good but i hated how ever game would turn into 40 ghosts vs one guy, got very old real quick. Live event was really good, especially at the start even though the interactive event (first of it's kind) felt kinda boring, the marvel hereos aside from stark felt like an after thought, thor did basically nothing because fling the bus and wolverine spoke a single word, where was she hulk and storm, they were they but they did nothing.... I could delve into this season for hours but still, it was a solid 9.4/10 for me, i love this season, but then we are on to the second half of chapter 2......
Chaoter 2 Season 5: Battlepass: Mid. Menace was cool, who rememebrs Reese? Mave was different but forgettable, i liked Menace, Mando and Baby Yoda were the highlight this season. Map Changes: They brought back tilted finally!!! oh wait, it's just part of tilted mixed with salty, that's passbale, i guess.... replacing parts of the map with old locations that correspond to their actual locations in chapter one was good, flush factory, tomato town main building, part of dusty to name a few. The sane everywhere was really cool, too bad the main mechanic was disabled for most of the season. Lootpool: Never again. Worst shotgun meat period, no pump, only lever the lever was clean af and satisfying but it is no pump or even tac for that matter. The addition of gold, bounties were good along with epic further tapping into established mechanics regarding npcs. The Collabs filled this season, i actually enjoyed alot of the characters added but to me it reeked of epic trying to make as much money as possible. I assumed maybe this was indictive of a shift with how epic thinks about fortnite in general (the whole marvel ad season being the beginning and deadpool + aquaman in the prior seasons confriming this belief), and i wish i was wrong. Too bad i wasnt and now look where we are, with a whole season (chapter 2 remix) being a glorified collab that rides of season 2's hype. Alteast the floor is lava returned and winterfest was okay for the most part. I just can't wait for next season, maybe then we will be back to fortnite. Overall: i'd say a 6.8/10, it was actually bearable, atleast it felt like you were playing fortnite unlike the next season. Chapter 2 Season 6: My second least favourite season period, the only season i hated more was the mess we called Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked. The map changes were the only partly good thing, because of the extra rotation and the colleseum being changed was good to match the vibe, i'd take the spire over season 5's desert as cool as the zero point crystal's were. Boney burbs i ahted beyond comprehension, why did they replace salty towers filled with loot and action for a ghost town. The battlepass was forgettable, like everything aside from agent jones sucked. The spire assassian was boring, raz was mid, atleast he built up to the cubes and was the main lore this season. Lara Croft i'd put with jones for the carry of this season, Cluck can go F*ck, Tarana was the most forgettable skin period, and raven felt boring. The lootpool was trash, the makeshift weapons sucked and the primal weapon sucked aside from the broken shotgun which was an unskillful drum shotgun mixed with a pump. The primal shotgun was so good it was nerfed multiple times, and even to this day its still really good. The only good weapons you had to farm parts for to create usable guns, i understand the vision, but it just isn't for fortnite, like Wrecked. the Bows were really cool, the shockwave bow was really good, the stink and flame bows were good in comp. Event was actually really good, a unique solo events but please the next season better be alot better. Epic, not again. Overall 2.3/10 I hated almost everything, but i respect the vision but it wasn't it epic. Chapter 2 Season 7: Invasion I waited so long for an alien season (always beena huge spaace nerd the trailer was amazing, i rewatch it to this day) Oh boy, this season was wild, but the balance was unplayable, just very frustrating. A really good battle pass, i loved the Kymera even though the styles were so tedious to grind, Rick Sanchez was fitting, somehow, and Slone was the carry of the season. No one cares about Joey or Zyg and Choppy the ray gun was dookie, idk about the rest of the pass fr. The lootpool was unbalanced, pulse rifle was eh at best, the spas was fully in rotation, the parasites were actually really good (sap some hp~ 25, to create you immune to getting one pumped was a cool risk reward mechanic because if they sm'ed you in the head the parasite would die an expose you to a possible one tap, that was almost guaranteed if the enemy didn't suck. The Railgun and UFO's sucked, along with the plasma ball gun, they were some of the most mindless drone items ever, the only people that i know that liked them were actual bots. The Inflatbe a bull was the ultimate rotation and the recon scanner was cheating (unlimited shakedown in a certain range, how was that fair? I killed so many squads because of it). Raygun was themed well but underpowered, but id rather that over it being op, nanite cubes were useless. The Mothership abduction mini game was good, but seriously it got stale quick because the formula was: be aducted:get gold loot (minigame was easy) and wkey the rest of the lobby because they couldnt stop you 90% of the time. The Map changes sucked. Only minor changes with believers beach and holly hedges being converted later on, some cool i.o outposts and a small crater in the middle of the map with some shattered fragments? Atleast we had pois get abducted to spice it up. The collabs were forgettable all i remember was the small ferrari collab that i throughly enjoyed. The Ariana Grande concert or whatever her name was, was good. Very fun event, not travis scott tier but good nonetheless. Operation skyfire was one of my favourite events period. Such a peak event, i'd only rate Chapter 2 Season 8's The End Finale over it. Overall: A high 8/10 Chapter 2 Season 8: Aka Chapter 2 Season 7.5 because thats what it was, it wasnt really a stand alone season like most season,s you could argue that chapter 2 season 3 couldnt be stand alone because of seaons 2's influence but even then, a floo season could stand alone with it's unqiue concept, i generally think this season was the ultimate add on ever. Battlepass was boring, J.B chimpanski was mid, torin was mid, most of the pass sukced aside from really carnage and kor. I actually (hot take) throughly enjoyed this season: This season really felt like the conclusion of the chapter, not a total sensory overload like season x but you could tell this was the end of the chapter, with the cubes back and full force, the cube queen, the locations being warped into lifeless voids, the horde rush mode (love it), and the cube titans (big cube monster things) being fun mini bosses to engage that was hard if you sucked. The Lootpool was fine, the sideway weapons could actually be very strong but most of the time why would you use that over anything else. The map was kinda odd, i hate how skyfire baited us into thinking the map dmaage was severe but nope, turns out all those explosions and impacts from debris meant nothing. I like the crashed ships at the start i wish more locations were totalled though to add to the impact and theme of the season. The Cubes that strolled around the map and interacted with each other were highlights for me. The End event: I could write paragraphs and paragraphs on how this is the best event, period. This was what i think was the peak of live events, i dont need to explain why but i'll do it anyway. The music was unparalleled in quality, the island flip i wish was a music pack, it felt amazing, (epic kills it with the music so no surprise) the map and it's pois being leveled by alien annihilators felt intense and contrasted the desperate attempt for the loopers (us the players) as we struggled to keep the cube queen and her forces at bay with the blue cube (blevin). When blevin was destroyed the shift to the io outposts was the best cutscene ever in fn. Everything worked, jones being captured, introduction to gunnar even though we didnt know him yet, slone almost manical action after jones basically screwed the io sideways and the reveal of the rock being the foundation. The interactions of the rest of the seven (the scientist and the visitor) was a cool scene showing the power of the seven, and the whole running scequence through the ruined io main base was fun with so many details. I love everything about this event. I'd say the season was an 8.6/10 (i would say a high 7 but the event was that good).

I can still understand chapter 3 season 1 "although this is one of my favorite seasons" but I completely disagree with you about "Mega" I played this season literally every day for 2-4 hours and I would be very happy to return there. And about the katana, in my opinion, it was a very good addition to the game because it deal good damage and with its help it was possible to make very beautiful kills, so it was also a very good movement. And I completely agree about ch4 s4 don’t know why, but I rather prefer ch4 s3 than this piece of s*** called Last Resort. I personally just didn't like chapter 2 as much compared to 1, 3, and 4. I think season 2 and 4 are pretty overrated, the biggest standouts for me are probably 3, 7, and somehow 8 weirdly enough. Which is weird considering I hate on C5 S3 HEAVILY, I defend those 3 and Season X quite a lot for some reason. (Insert obligatory season 5 & 6 slander, by god were they bad)

Mpa changes intially were very underwhelming, sure we had the quinjets but seriously... only doom's domain and the random marvel mythics, where is the- OH MY GOD.
Then stark Industries appeared, the chef's kiss of the location that it is was groundbreaking considering it replaced basically dead space (frenzy farm was mid, fatal fields will always be better and who cared about the orchard other season 5 were the main tomato town building was added there). The random marvel characters themes mini locations were actually really nice touches of deatil that surprisingly made the map feel alot better.
Lootpool was my favourite this chapter (stark + gold spas carried this season hard) the marvel powers were all good with minimal balancing issues (unibeam) and the groot ball made kids running away easy so it was chase 20+ minutes for a kill. Fortnitemares was also good but i hated how ever game would turn into 40 ghosts vs one guy, got very old real quick.
Live event was really good, especially at the start even though the interactive event (first of it's kind) felt kinda boring, the marvel hereos aside from stark felt like an after thought, thor did basically nothing because fling the bus and wolverine spoke a single word, where was she hulk and storm, they were they but they did nothing....
I could delve into this season for hours but still, it was a solid 9.4/10 for me, i love this season, but then we are on to the second half of chapter 2......
Chaoter 2 Season 5:
Battlepass: Mid. Menace was cool, who rememebrs Reese? Mave was different but forgettable, i liked Menace, Mando and Baby Yoda were the highlight this season.
Map Changes: They brought back tilted finally!!! oh wait, it's just part of tilted mixed with salty, that's passbale, i guess.... replacing parts of the map with old locations that correspond to their actual locations in chapter one was good, flush factory, tomato town main building, part of dusty to name a few. The sane everywhere was really cool, too bad the main mechanic was disabled for most of the season.
Lootpool: Never again. Worst shotgun meat period, no pump, only lever the lever was clean af and satisfying but it is no pump or even tac for that matter.
The addition of gold, bounties were good along with epic further tapping into established mechanics regarding npcs.
The Collabs filled this season, i actually enjoyed alot of the characters added but to me it reeked of epic trying to make as much money as possible. I assumed maybe this was indictive of a shift with how epic thinks about fortnite in general (the whole marvel ad season being the beginning and deadpool + aquaman in the prior seasons confriming this belief), and i wish i was wrong. Too bad i wasnt and now look where we are, with a whole season (chapter 2 remix) being a glorified collab that rides of season 2's hype.
Alteast the floor is lava returned and winterfest was okay for the most part. I just can't wait for next season, maybe then we will be back to fortnite.
Overall: i'd say a 6.8/10, it was actually bearable, atleast it felt like you were playing fortnite unlike the next season.
Chapter 2 Season 6:
My second least favourite season period, the only season i hated more was the mess we called Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked.
The map changes were the only partly good thing, because of the extra rotation and the colleseum being changed was good to match the vibe, i'd take the spire over season 5's desert as cool as the zero point crystal's were. Boney burbs i ahted beyond comprehension, why did they replace salty towers filled with loot and action for a ghost town.
The battlepass was forgettable, like everything aside from agent jones sucked. The spire assassian was boring, raz was mid, atleast he built up to the cubes and was the main lore this season. Lara Croft i'd put with jones for the carry of this season, Cluck can go F*ck, Tarana was the most forgettable skin period, and raven felt boring.
The lootpool was trash, the makeshift weapons sucked and the primal weapon sucked aside from the broken shotgun which was an unskillful drum shotgun mixed with a pump. The primal shotgun was so good it was nerfed multiple times, and even to this day its still really good. The only good weapons you had to farm parts for to create usable guns, i understand the vision, but it just isn't for fortnite, like Wrecked. the Bows were really cool, the shockwave bow was really good, the stink and flame bows were good in comp.
Event was actually really good, a unique solo events but please the next season better be alot better. Epic, not again.
Overall 2.3/10 I hated almost everything, but i respect the vision but it wasn't it epic.
Chapter 2 Season 7: Invasion
I waited so long for an alien season (always beena huge spaace nerd the trailer was amazing, i rewatch it to this day)
Oh boy, this season was wild, but the balance was unplayable, just very frustrating.
A really good battle pass, i loved the Kymera even though the styles were so tedious to grind, Rick Sanchez was fitting, somehow, and Slone was the carry of the season. No one cares about Joey or Zyg and Choppy the ray gun was dookie, idk about the rest of the pass fr.
The lootpool was unbalanced, pulse rifle was eh at best, the spas was fully in rotation, the parasites were actually really good (sap some hp~ 25, to create you immune to getting one pumped was a cool risk reward mechanic because if they sm'ed you in the head the parasite would die an expose you to a possible one tap, that was almost guaranteed if the enemy didn't suck.
The Railgun and UFO's sucked, along with the plasma ball gun, they were some of the most mindless drone items ever, the only people that i know that liked them were actual bots. The Inflatbe a bull was the ultimate rotation and the recon scanner was cheating (unlimited shakedown in a certain range, how was that fair? I killed so many squads because of it). Raygun was themed well but underpowered, but id rather that over it being op, nanite cubes were useless.
The Mothership abduction mini game was good, but seriously it got stale quick because the formula was: be aducted:get gold loot (minigame was easy) and wkey the rest of the lobby because they couldnt stop you 90% of the time.
The Map changes sucked. Only minor changes with believers beach and holly hedges being converted later on, some cool i.o outposts and a small crater in the middle of the map with some shattered fragments? Atleast we had pois get abducted to spice it up.
The collabs were forgettable all i remember was the small ferrari collab that i throughly enjoyed.
The Ariana Grande concert or whatever her name was, was good. Very fun event, not travis scott tier but good nonetheless. Operation skyfire was one of my favourite events period. Such a peak event, i'd only rate Chapter 2 Season 8's The End Finale over it.
Overall: A high 8/10
Chapter 2 Season 8: Aka Chapter 2 Season 7.5 because thats what it was, it wasnt really a stand alone season like most season,s you could argue that chapter 2 season 3 couldnt be stand alone because of seaons 2's influence but even then, a floo season could stand alone with it's unqiue concept, i generally think this season was the ultimate add on ever.
Battlepass was boring, J.B chimpanski was mid, torin was mid, most of the pass sukced aside from really carnage and kor.
I actually (hot take) throughly enjoyed this season:
This season really felt like the conclusion of the chapter, not a total sensory overload like season x but you could tell this was the end of the chapter, with the cubes back and full force, the cube queen, the locations being warped into lifeless voids, the horde rush mode (love it), and the cube titans (big cube monster things) being fun mini bosses to engage that was hard if you sucked.
The Lootpool was fine, the sideway weapons could actually be very strong but most of the time why would you use that over anything else.
The map was kinda odd, i hate how skyfire baited us into thinking the map dmaage was severe but nope, turns out all those explosions and impacts from debris meant nothing.
I like the crashed ships at the start i wish more locations were totalled though to add to the impact and theme of the season. The Cubes that strolled around the map and interacted with each other were highlights for me.
The End event: I could write paragraphs and paragraphs on how this is the best event, period. This was what i think was the peak of live events, i dont need to explain why but i'll do it anyway.
The music was unparalleled in quality, the island flip i wish was a music pack, it felt amazing, (epic kills it with the music so no surprise) the map and it's pois being leveled by alien annihilators felt intense and contrasted the desperate attempt for the loopers (us the players) as we struggled to keep the cube queen and her forces at bay with the blue cube (blevin). When blevin was destroyed the shift to the io outposts was the best cutscene ever in fn. Everything worked, jones being captured, introduction to gunnar even though we didnt know him yet, slone almost manical action after jones basically screwed the io sideways and the reveal of the rock being the foundation. The interactions of the rest of the seven (the scientist and the visitor) was a cool scene showing the power of the seven, and the whole running scequence through the ruined io main base was fun with so many details. I love everything about this event.
I'd say the season was an 8.6/10 (i would say a high 7 but the event was that good).

I can still understand chapter 3 season 1 "although this is one of my favorite seasons" but I completely disagree with you about "Mega" I played this season literally every day for 2-4 hours and I would be very happy to return there. And about the katana, in my opinion, it was a very good addition to the game because it deal good damage and with its help it was possible to make very beautiful kills, so it was also a very good movement. And I completely agree about ch4 s4 don’t know why, but I rather prefer ch4 s3 than this piece of s*** called Last Resort. I don’t know exactly , but I think this season has become so boring after the first three weeks
I personally just didn't like chapter 2 as much compared to 1, 3, and 4.
I think season 2 and 4 are pretty overrated, the biggest standouts for me are probably 3, 7, and somehow 8 weirdly enough.
Which is weird considering I hate on C5 S3 HEAVILY, I defend those 3 and Season X quite a lot for some reason.
