Agreed.. Freeza of Super is nothing like Freeza from DBZ! Though Goku Black and Zamasu arc was a terrific one, there were no more antagonists.. Jiren was uninteresting as a character.. Loved the TOP though

Zamasu and Moro have been the only real villains in DBS so far, Hit and Jiren were basically forced to fight. Hit became ANOTHER friendly rival along with Vegeta and Pikkon. 8. The JIREN conflict was the most exciting conflict. NOT JUST Jiren, but Toppo, Ribrianne, Kefla and Aniraza were other great obstacles for Goku, Vegeta and the other Z Fighters to overcome. ...and the ZAMASU conflict was the DARKEST and most IMPOSSIBLE conflict.....Zamasu was a pure evil god who wished for immortality AND to take Goku's body and not even Vegito could defeat Zamasu and after his body was destroyed by Future Trunks spirit bomb sword, Zamasu's spirit consumed the FUTURE earth and Universe.

They definitely did fight hard im not saiyan they didnt however i dont think it would be the hardest fought battles as they had 2 easy escapes where as others they didnt it was do or die. The zamasu fughts had tge button and the tine mqchine as easy escapes

I'm 30 now but when I saw dbs top where goku and frieza worked together to defeat jiren. The inner kid inside me felt like it was the early 90's dbz all over again when frieza saga started.
The end of the fight between Goku and Vegeta was ridiculous with half of earth's defenders dead and the other half near death, also vegeta was barely hanging on with Nappa and all their seibamem dead too.
Goku vs Cell was underrated. Was actually better than gohan vs cell’s because it was more evenly matched and had way better choreography. Ssj2 gohan was definitely the most badass character but goku and cells fight was more lit. Especially the first time goku did the transport kamehameha. Man

WARNING SPOILER FOR BROLY MOVIE: Couldn’t it be argued that the battle between Broly, Goku, & Vegeta was a draw, b/c they basically got lucky when Broly got wished away to his home planet even though Gogeta’s Kamehame landed iDon’t think that would have been enough to put him down. iWouldn’t mind if you had the Jiren fight or Broly fight at number one, b/c those were really tough to call. Also the battle between Zamasu was a tough one too.
Goku Black Rose and Zamasu vs Vegeta, Goku, and Trunks. Zamasu was plain weak so he was being beat up a lot, but with the tag team of both the zamasu's, they were unstopable, sometimes goku black was being pummled, sometimes goku and vegeta, a true struggle, and goku and vegeta didn't even win
