Am I the only one that doesn’t have a wig or have a ladybug cosplay in general but is just watching the video cause uptown’s voice is just very soothing..................nope just me, ok I’ll leave now (also you’re patience is outstanding lol)

I suddendly have the feeling that it won't go horribly wrong when I cut my wig as I am already cutting my very own hair. Somehow I've completely ignored the fact that I could cut it while it's actually in my head. Yeah...I know. I don't understand it either. I've just never done one before. But that'll probably make things easier.

I use Got2b-glued hair spray on my own hair. Its my favorite! Who says diamonds are a girls best friend, its hair spray.

I previously styled my own wig for my ladybug cosplay, but it was, uh... experimental to say the least lol. I'm so glad you made this tutorial! I plan on taking that knowledge back for my next (and hopefully much better) attempt at the wig!

This is soo helpful!!! I bought a marionette wig from amazon and i did style it but not very well i just left it has it is which i was actually pretty good. This was for Halloween all of my friends and teacher thought it was my real hair. Also i love you videos i hope you have an amazing day as well!!!!!!!!

I literally got a hair cut while I was in Mexico. I always wanted to do Marinettes hair ever since I saw the show. But i never get the chance. So i am going to do it. I can't wait. My hair cut is the same amount as her. Thanks for this tutorial.

YEARS of practice is all it is! I've been cosplaying and styling my own wigs since I started in 2012 so it's been a minute! xD Never give up!

If you have a very heavily-styled wig like this, I recommend keeping them on wig heads and up on a shelf! You can put a plastic bag over them if you want to keep off dust ^_^

What hairspray, haircutting scissors and thinning scissors are you using. They look very professional! :)
CamSheehan3 I used two types of hairsprays: if I wanted just a light layer I used one by Tresseme, but for a really solid hold I used Got2b Glued Freeze Spray.
As for the scissors, honestly any will do! You can find them at pharmacies or supermarkets, or you can order them online from Amazon!
