Both are great! The mother's day video was amazing. The supporting Black owned restaurants vid was amazing. You only have 1 video I didn't like. The one where you were frustrated by not growing fast enough on TH-cam. That one was sad. Its like seeing Wes Anderson getting Oscar snubs every year. Sad to see so much talent not being appreciated.

Them timelapse of the dough expanding is woahh man 🤣👍, def that green onion packs the punch! Imagine if u had the tandoor oven too 😉that charcoal flavour would be insane too. Despite it lacking in the juice its still great 👍, prob gonna try this recipe soon. I wonder though what type pork did u use? Was it the fatty mix with lean pork? Is the reason the juice was less because its more of the lean ??

Although it’s an instant dough, you would still have to knead it. Regarding the pepper pork bun in Raohe Night market, that’s what I got to try first, and I really really liked it. Then I got to try some from those who’d sell them in small alleys, mostly old ladies. Theirs were so so much more delicious.

She’d be there in the afternoon around 4 or 5pm to around 9pm or 10pm, sometimes earlier. I guess it depends on when the buns sell out
