People buy everything from China. They don't make random shit to sell. They make and sell what their clients want. If an American company wants a product, they place an order and state what material to use and what quality to build it at and China delivers. So blame your own American companies.

If you are a doctor you should be okay with celcius though.
Dont blame China because american measurment units sucks lol
