Today the recipe we are going to prepare is Radish Fry (முள்ளங்கி வறுவல் ).
Radish is low calorie, high fibre food.
Raidh helps in preventing the occurrence of hemorrhoids (piles)
Radish also prevents cancer.
It is also used to reducw kidney stones occurrence, aids in weight loss
Ingredients:
Finely chopped Radish - 3
Finely chopped radish spinach
oil - 2 Tbspn
Musturd seeds - 1/2 tspn
Urad Dal - 1 /2 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Chopped Onion-1
Chopped Garlic - 5
Chopped green chili - 2
Salt as required
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Crushef pepper - 1/2 tspn

Mentioned that radish needs to be cooked by 3/4th in simmer. Haven't mentioned time limit. Also cooking time depends upon our gas stove burning
