There is actually a show called "the manager" that shows how managers deal with different groups, I don't know if SHINee has an episode but Seventeen does and is hilarious seeing their manager trying to deal with all of them lol

Well I doubt Taemin gets roasted for trying, I saw a clip of his live and someone laughed at him and the baby went off 🤭 he pointed out how the commenter is prob bad at English too and that to not laugh at him coz he is an idol that speak 3 different languages and that makes him smart.

There is a show called MMTG there is a thing they do called hidden gems of kpop when there is songs from few years ago need to comeback for 2021 the got many artists and those arty preformis at the end it’s couple of episodes with many kpop idols and for the individual kpop idols who sing the songs it’s so entertaining

Hi, here's a video interview from a couple of years ago. He's a former SHINee manager and current manager (at that time) of Super Junior. He talks primarily of Shinee and it's quite nice to hear his perspective of his responsibilities and feelings about them. We hear over and over how well they treat their staff.

SM managers do have their own chat groups and the heads managers for each group do talk to the VPs or even CEO for huge things (at least when LSM was in charge).
there was this one clip awhile back where the managers trolled them by dancing to dream girl with mops/brooms. They were pretty good too. Guess those hours of watching and recording them paid off. Nowadays shinee staff just leaves them be and stays in the corner and gets harassed instead. 🤣🤣

One of the managers of EXO (now former manager of them) and known also for being handsome... he talk about EXO a lot when he's doing his ig live. I love how positive his comments are regarding them. One former staff of them also shared how EXO is behind the scenes that will make you really proud as a fan. They speaks English btw.

SHINee and their manager are very close - especially Taemin and Euisoo. Management even gave Taemin a very special video goodbye during their anniversary celebration. It included Euisoo, as well as special words from Lee Soo Man, former SM CEO and now an executive producer. You can watch Korean variety show called 'The managers' or 'Omniscient Interfering View', there are some episodes of idols with their manager. There's also Super Junior episode. Maybe you can watch it^^
SHINee get's along with everyone arround them.They were also voted by SM employee's as #EmployeesChoice...they also have a video which unintentionally show's SHINee (especially Onew and Taemin) sharing drink's with their backup dancer on 1 cup,like it's no big deal to them.And SM staff's also reveal that when SHINee family bring's food at work,they prefer the same food for everyone.What they feed SHINee is what they also give's to everyone may you be the CEO until the lowest position.They also respect everyone on the same level..they have 1 Manager who is with them for a long time since debut who is Jinhyung who live's with them on their dorm and he treated SHINee as his son's and so he never get married until now.And Euisoo hyung is also been with them for a long time.On one of SM former Manager interview he say's that SHINee is one of the most respectful idol's he ever met.They treat them as friend's but they show respect.And one Manager also say's that SHINee remain's as respectful as they are as they first met even now that they have their name written on Kpop history.They really maybe playful but they know their limit and still give respect to everyone.Legend Indeed.😊😊😊
