    Thanks Paul, I'm starting to exercise and overweight, with Arthritis. I can't go fast but I'm going to modify your routine to slow it down. I also have a torn meniscus. Wish me luck. 🙄🙋‍♀️

      Yes it is a older one, no have not cut of my beard. I will never do that. I love my gray hair beard.
