Now you've got me curious if regular mica powders would work also, since it'd stick to the paint and the binder in the Perfect Pearls might not be necessary... I'm going to have to give that a try! I bet interference powders would look awesome. Thank you for the video Natasha! 💚
Yes they are so beautiful!! My mind went STRAIGHT to Christmas and snowflake stencils! That would make for stunning backgrounds, and very simple but gorgeous cards. Thank you!!!
Oh my, thank you. My perfect pearls and gelli plate have been on sabbatical, time for them to come back to the creative work table. Thank you; I’m leaning to trying my version of the light tone print. 😊
Wow - To me, anything by Natasha Foote brings me joy- filled moments of watching you in action, but this Perfect Pearls, gelli pad and brayer are downright jaw-dropping! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Well, I have lots of housework to finish today, BUT, after seeing these beautiful cards, I’m headed to the craft room and trying this technique! Thank you, Natasha, for sharing😃
I actually like the last one best. Perhaps trying the brighter, darker colors of pearls would make them stand out more. Something to play with. Great job, Natasha.😘
Great cards. I am going on camp this weekend and after this video I think I will take my not very well used gel plate, brayer and perfect pearls away with me to have a play. Thank you for sharing this tecnique.
WOW Natasha!! I always loved my perfect pearls but put them to the side and forgot about them for awhile. Never again! Those cards are gorgeous, especially the second and third ones. Love those gorgeous dies as well. And, yet more incentive to get out my gel plate and be brave 😉 Thanks as always Natasha 😃🩷
WoW! What a terrific technique Natasha. I have Perfect Pearls from the 90s when they first came out. They are in excellent condition. They last forever. Well worth the investment.
WOW! Your three cards are stunning Tash! Hard to choose a favourite, but I think it's the bee I have a lot of perfect pearls which I've hardly used so will dig out my gel plate! TSM/xx
I was just working on organizing my supplies and found a set of Perfect Pearls that I've had for years. I was thinking that I probably never use them....then I saw this video! Thank you!
For peoples who don’t have a gelli plate, you can make a gel plate with either gelatin or agar agar… cheaper option, if you unsure if you will like it or have a limited budget. I made some for school and they worked well and was much cheaper! Only advice is: add clove oil to prevent mould.
Really liking this! I am always looking for ways to use my perfect pearls, I have them in so many colors. As I am addicted to my jelly plate, this is going to be a lot of fun!!! Thanx so much for sharing! 🤗❤️
