I think people who aren't Lgbtqi need to put not effort in ensuring that we create and curate a society that is safe for everybody so that more people can be free to be who they are. With girls it’s slightly different guys won’t be appalled if you hit on them and other girls are less violent and less likely to shame you over your orientation, they are also more open and slightly more fluid about orientation, additionally girls from what the male gaze flirt all the time, they have a lot more kinship then males and actively compliment and uplift each other all things if guys did to each other may have social repercussions
Men tend to be disgusted by femininity where as the opposite isn’t as true, people are generally allowed to be more masculine regardless of gender, it’s just men being more feminine can be extremely taboo
