Griffin has the energy and talent of young Corey, but he's actually properly vocally trained. Keep in mind these dudes are in their early 20s and are not drunk out of their minds like Slipknot were back then. They have a lot of potential and room to grow and it already sounds great. I actually prefer this to Slipknot's most recent record.
Agreed this is way better than anything Slipknot has put out in the past 10 years at least. I actually really enjoyed Griffens vocals. Definitely influenced by his Dad but I think they have a ton of potential.
@@ADistortedPerception I personally really liked We Are Not Your Kind and Gray Chapter has a couple bangers. But this really just sounds like old school Slipknot but more polished. I ain't complaining.
Not a fan of griffon's cleans. But his harsh vocals absolutely rip.
His screams are definitely on point. Cleans aren't that bad. I think they have potential as a band.
