One point is so kindly please explain other than earth pin second pin is to be plugged in negative or positive point and while using socket switch is be on or off

Connect one pin with earth line and other pin with the neutral line..While using swith on or off doesn't matter..

You can use a 3 pin top and remove the phase pin instead of altering a 2 pin plug...
