The restaurant is very popular among the locals for its local fish.
The owner of the restaurant is a big fish lover, and he loves pursuing ways to make fish tasty.
The fish that he had chosen as his "ideal sashimi that I think is delicious" was a black sea bream, which was in season.
I had eaten this fish several times before, but I had no idea that the way it was cooked could make it so delicious.
He seems to be so devoted to his work that he works all day long, except for when he eats and sleeps, which makes me worry about his health. On Sundays, this popular diner is often packed with customers from early in the morning.

いつ食べても美味しいけど、特に海外からの帰りで関空に着いたあと、ここで久々の日本食を食べると震える程美味いです。
