I guess this is what we would call a "greasy spoon" type of restaurant in America.. .the food is very different than anything I've ever cooked or been served... The kitchen could use a good scrubbing top to bottom and sum renovations..and we could never get away without wearing gloves or hairnets etc..or having cleaning products/mops next to food prep area.. in America this place would be shut down in a heartbeat(unfortunately) ...but it obviously hasn't hurt the business here

The building looks like a friendly character welcoming you in. It is alive with welcome. The staff are so calm and diligent in their efforts and the food is so carefully prepared and looks delicious! Thank you for sharing this beautiful creation❤
I always thought they were obsessed with cleanliness tho. Filth everywhere and on everything is not a good sign. Even the light switches are covered in grime. I think because of this preconceived notion of japan no one mentions it. I wouldn't even accept a glass of water here after seeing this kitchen.
The only complaint I have is the wall where he makes the soup, it still has the soup on it from the 70's. Of course I would still eat the food lol it looks delicious.

Unfortunately there's no dialogue we have no idea what's going on obviously they're not it's not a Chinese restaurant or Japanese restaurant it's like I can't find this interesting in the description of some of the ingredients are wrong indicated that was sauteing onions and mushrooms when actually they were potstickers and onions😮

As a cook myself..you must have workers scrub the kitchen down everynight from top to bottom.. before going home(everyone does there station.etx) ..so its clean and ready for the nxt morning...in America we couldnt get away without gloves and hairnets.. unfortunately..or working in a kitchen like that...it would get shut down.. but its obviously not hurting your business..i just thought the inside would be as magical as the outside.(the music was good) ..maybe put sum money into fixing up kitchen and what customers see when their sitting at bar.. their first impression when entering. .i guess it has its nostalgic qualities.. .but maybe a lil too much nostalgia with the splattered walls / cooking / prep areas covered in grease from 25yrs 😂 ..food looks interesting...very dif combinations of ingredients than ive ever seen! He obviously loves what hes doing ..but i couldnt work in that kitchen without it being pristine bfor i start.. .it makes me wonder what the cooler/freezer/fridges look like?? And the cleaning supplies/chemicals next to food prep areas is another NO NO... at least in America..but it was interesting to see what he was making..and customers seem to love it..big portions too!

このお店のランチにありつけるサラリーマンは幸せだ。
お店の外観から内装から出すメニューまで いろいろ理想すぎる。絵本に出てくるようなお店ですね。
植物の管理って、とつも大変なんてすよね。虫もたくさん居るのも当然で。建物は腐らないのでしょうかね。こんなにも見事に植物で覆われていて、お手入れされていれ素晴らしいです。植物も幸せですね
もーーー、全部が凄すぎてまとまらないから思いつきで言うね。まず、定食が洋食の玉手箱感凄すぎる。幸せしかない。そして、あのご飯の量なのに難なく包み込むオムライス、凄すぎる。ハンバーグも揚げ物も、濃い目の焦げ目で胃が騒ぐ（泣）絶対美味しいやつ。スープ、美味しくないはずがないよ。店員さんの掛け声も優しくて、近くの人、本当に羨ましい限りです。体力勝負のところもあるでしょうけど、長く続いて欲しい名店でした！紹介してくださり、本当にありがとうございます！！！

ここ古き良き洋食の味がしてスープも絶品ですしね。ランチはお安いしいわゆるチェーン店には絶対ない味です。国道沿いで人通り多いとこで森の中じゃないんで虫はそれほど感じませんｗ草木ここしかないｗ
