@@FamilyonStandby no I don't but just drill a hole into the side of the camper so it goes right in behind the panel and there are plastic clips that lift up and that's your power then you have to run another wire to a switch that sits on the panel.

Good video. I'm about to mount my LED strip as well. My red / white wires on the LED are on the END of the LED strip. In your video, your red/white are coming from the MIDDLE of your led strip right where you drilled the hole. Did you do anything special on your LED strip to re-wire it from how you bought it?

Hey Justin, you have been super responsive (i appreciate that) and I had some questions I was hoping you could help with.
-How is it in winter? I live in Buffalo NY and wanted to camp with this from Dec - March. Here are a couple questions I had, and if you don't know the answer thats cool but I would SUPER appreciate your best guess :D
---How is the fireplace for heat? Does it get toasty?
---Where are the water tanks stored? Do you think they would freeze over? I know most modern RVs usually have them stored somewhere internally.
    Power Questions
---Can you show me a picture of the breaker box? How many breakers are there, just one?
---How is it running the TV plus charging a few phones and running the heat?
---Have you tripped any of the breakers before?
Thanks for what help you can provide. Just seeing if its feasible to live in this camper during the winter while my new home is being built haha.

So I havent stayed in the camper but 2 night when the temperature was around 50 but I will say that the heater has no problem at all putting off heat. It gets pretty warm pretty quick. I really couldn't tell you where on the camper the water tanks are but I would guess that if the camper is heated it shouldn't have any problems at all with freezing up. Im not sure how to take a picture to put on the comments but its got 6 or 7 breakers below the bottom bunk and a Co2 meter right above it. I have my TV running most of the night til we fall asleep with 2 phones and 2 tablets charging as well as the AC running and have not had any breakers trip. Anything else ill be more than glad to help

We have the same 2021 17B and live up in Washington State. We have camped two weekends in the low 40s. The fireplace does great at keeping the camper comfortable. However, I have noticed that the fan needs to be cleaned fairly often to keep it from rattling. I added the foam insulation pillows (available on Amazon or thru Camping World) that fit in the roof vents and that made a huge improvement in the trailer's ability to retain the heat and reduced the run time of the fireplace.
The fresh water tank is up front under the queen bed. It is contained within the insulated body of the trailer but it is sealed away behind two locker walls so it does not get any noticeable heat from the fireplace. But we were in sub freezing temps at night and the water did not freeze.
The black and grey tanks are exposed on the bottom (maybe 50% of the tank body is up inside the underbelly wrap). Again in sub freezing temps overnight we didn't have any freezing problems but if you are going to be out for more than a day or two in constantly sub freezing weather I would strongly suggest installing the tank heater blankets that stick to the bottom and have a 12V heating element.
The breaker panel has several breakers. The AC, fireplace, microwave, 12v DC converter, and outlets, each have dedicated 120v breakers. On the 12v side, there are fuses for each element of the trailer (lights, fridge, water pump, battery charger, etc.)
I have been able to run the fireplace, microwave, and phone chargers all at the same time even when only plugged into 20 amp outlet. If you can find sites with the 30 amp RV plug you should have no problem running everything within this trailer.
